The place was beautiful The rooms too

All I can say being from the there is was treated differently and in good and bad way

Guest has no control over aircon. When it is switched on at night it is way too cold. The bathroom doesn't offer privacy - visible from the street and no curtain or blind. The towels didn't feel clean. I had a small towel in my bag that I could use. The door faces the street so as a single female traveling I did not feel safe No easy access to amenities like coffee shops etc.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The loft was spacious. When asked for help, staff were very attentive.

The 24 hour WhatsApp customer service could be checked more often.

I like the industrial build of the apartment

The customer service was not good. Staff were not efficient in getting the room cleaned on time as well as communicating when the cleaning was completed.

Staff was great! The whole vibe was cool and fun.

The property hasn’t been maintained well. Stains on the sheets, and other little things like that. It has so much potential, so close to great. But you can see why it doesn’t have a higher rating.

The design and concept of the property are lovely, and the location is convenient. The overall layout has potential, and the décor gives it a modern feel.

Unfortunately, the maintenance could be improved. I experienced mosquitoes and a couple of cockroaches during my stay, and the towel I was given was very worn. The bed was sinking in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was not to my taste, so I chose to skip it after the first day. The internet connection kept dropping, which was surprising and made it difficult to work or stay connected. Staff were polite but seemed more focused on talking among themselves than engaging with guests. With closer management and some attention to detail, the experience could be much better.

The cubes are great, definitely value for the price. Great location and stuff.

24/7 WhatsApp assistance isn’t effective over the weekends.

Very helpful staff and they are very discrete as well. It has a rustic touch that i like. It can get very hot in the room.

You may request for quiet room but it is very difficult to get such.

The location is great and the cubes are nice. Oh and the chips & chocolate as welcoming gesture, that’s awesome.

The staff was amazing from the gate to the reception to meeting them on the premises. I appreciated the friendly smiles back. The internet connection perfect no issues. I loved loved the lofts I stayed in, everything about it was just perfect... my 7 days in Lusaka 4 were spent at the Cubes. Definitely coming back.

Twice went to the restaurant to order and they were out on the food I wanted. Just had to order something else. 1st night I got in at around 22:30 I wanted to shower there was no hot water.

Everything was fantastic. Great place, very comfortable, really enjoyed the stay. Thank you - would definitely stay again.

The Facility is exactly as is in photos. Even better in person. The room was cleaned daily and staff were very resourceful. We also enjoyed a complimentary visit to Sakae plus daily breakfast which really warmed our hearts. Ms Mutale was very welcoming and accommodative of all our requests! Will definitely recommend the property and look forward to future visits!

Responsiveness to messages on booking.com could be improved to help first time visitors

The staff, including the security were exceptional. The room was a great size for the money with a downstairs living area and upstairs bedroom.
