The room had a musty smell and also the water pressure is not the best and the hot water seemed to be going off after some time

I absolutely loved the nature walk leading to see the sunset! loved loved sitting at the peak of the hill surrounded by nature watching the sun setting. Absolutely beautiful

I love the rooms but i was given a room upstairs, with a 2.5 year old it was very dangerous and kept me on edge throughout my stay. I was a bit disappointed i was give a room upstairs knowing that I was travelling with a child.

The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff were very courteous. Absolutely loved your gardens. Just wished the weather was more accommodating for a picnic in the park. The game drive and garden walk was lovely and the guide was very informative and patient

The musty smell in the bathroom in the downstairs unit. Luckily we were moved to the upstairs unit which was much more pleasant.

Attention to detail. Especially in the room. The management is aware of that and I am sure they will cross the T's and dot the I's.

The setting and the staff was exceptional. We experienced a few small issues and the management went out of their way to address this. Arrived a a guest and left as a friend.

Unfortunately we checked in on the wrong weekend. There was a family that had no respect for other guests and the staff. They made noise until early hours. They were just hoarding the entire public space with kids all over the show. It was annoying!!!

The food doesn't match the property, it's not bad, but I expected better.

The environment is very nice. Its serene, clean and the air is very fresh. You get the feeling that you are somewhere very far from town. It's a very good place to "reboot". There a stream with with a mini waterfall. There are two chairs with a table above it where you can relax with your feet in the water. Breakfast in the garden is also fun. There are a number of animals on the property to see.

There was no telephone in the room, which made requesting for roomservice or any assistance a little challenging. The room also had no mini fridge for chilled water or drinks, and it's a hot country, so in my own opinion, I feel a mini fridge in the rooms would be highly beneficial to guests. Instead of having to text the manager on WhatsApp everytime you need water or a child drink during the night , I highly believe a mini fridge in the room would ease the burden of having to call at odd hours.

The staff were really great they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and definitely made my stay a memorable one. The manager Maxine and her staff Mr Gerald and Miss Mercy were really great at attending to my needs while at the lodge and kept bringing ice cubes plus chilled water from the bar. They made them selves available 24/7 of which I really do truly appreciate.

The internet connection was not great. Getting to the place was disastrous - luckily were dried early morning to eventually ask passer by to assist in finding the place. 1 or 2 signs on the way to just confirm that you on the right route would have been great. GPS location just did not work in getting us there. Person on the other end of whatsapp took long to give directions or share location. We waited long to check in even though we had asked previous night for a early check in of about 13:00 ... I understood when I got there it was fully booked.

Oooh the place is the Paradise they say it is in the name. Absolutely breath taking I loved the staff , so helpful and they touched my heart that they were so helpful with my son. Thank you Isiah and team you guys are exceptional. They assisted the best they could to make our stay memorable. The 2 activities we did were amazing. I am definitely coming back with more time to do all the activities on site. The room was spacious and just perfect for us 3. Food was delicious 😋 dinner and breakfast. Outdoor space breath taking ... you have to be there to get it.

The description of how to get there is very basic and does not help you if you are coming from another direction (e.g. from the Great Eastern Road). Fortunately, Tracks4Africa got it right. But there was no sign, nothing at all to tell us whether we were on the right track to the lodge. There is no sign at all at the gate - only the guard on duty told us we were at the right gate. Other than that it was perfect!

Dinner and breakfast were excellent - simple, but very tasty. Everyone was very attentive and extremely friendly. The park is like paradise. When coming from the dusty roads of the north or east, this peaceful oasis is just what you need to relax.
