    Location very good and secure

    I have stayed in this property a few times. The smell in the bathroom was prominent on my arrival. The drain pipe in the shower was smelly. Hotel looking a bit dated. Also at breakfast I was told I hadn’t paid for breakfast on my booking. I said I beg your pardon and informed the lady I did pay for breakfast on my arrival the day before at a cost of 80 Dollars. Anyway it was sorted but rather embarrassing.

    The Hotel was nice and clean .

    I was made to abandon my breakfast because I booked through booking.com with lower prices and breakfast couldn’t be included. I was frustrated because nothing about paying for breakfast is mentioned on booking.com . I paid $180 for a room and $40 extra was requested for breakfast. Other better options were available at that price only if I knew.

    Peace and tranquility. Just what i needed after a busy working holiday before catching a long haul flight back home.

    The water was not draining properly in the shower in room 142. We had to upgrade to another roon as a result.

    House keeping Staff services . They allowed us a late checkout without charges.

    The rooms don't have enough natural light. And also not enough lighting in the room. Dark rooms . Towels were very old. not enough bathrooms amenties not even bathroom sleepers. At breakfast they didn't have normal tea said their supplier had run out of stock. Also they served mostly pork dishes for the meat section. Through our entire the rooms lobby had a very bad smell. 👎

    Location was good.

    When we arrived the parking lobby and lift stank of sewage, and i had made a change on the booking which was not updated from the hotel side. Breakfast was not included, and we still had to pay for parking. Not good value for money.

    Hotel was perfect and the staff were exceptional!

    The booking.com app charged me more and yet it did not include breakfast!.....I met someone who paid less than me and yet it included breakfast. I do not think I want a more expensive rate next time!

    Good location of the Hotel, around restaurants and small shopping center

    Service was poor despite the staff being kind - Room Service was always 1hours late and they had to be reminded to bring food - Aircon was noisy and running like tractor - Ventillation in the bathroom was not good - lots of humidity smell in the corridor on the second level

    Food in restaurant was a bit pricier and not high quality. There was some maintenance required in the room/ bathroom door would not close, cracked tiles etc.
