Calm, malls not far, smart TV and furniture, pool, WIFI, personnel, available manager, changing sheets towels and cleaning every day, check-in and out flexible, parking in front of appartment, space in cupboards, clean.

Worth its price since less expensive than other comfortable appartments in the area. But if You want Your comfort, these are the things You need to know : Major problem : no power back-up (generator) except for equipment with low consumption (wifi, TV, lights) since backup is Solar and inverter / batteries. Power is on 3h per day only in the late evening / night so no air-conditioning, no cooking possible. No breakfast either. Only one gas stove in the pool house for the whole complex and You need to leave Your appartment for cooking. Bed : mattress is finished, you feel every spring, and narrow size. Low or no water pressure and the shower head is clogged up with limestone. It's not possible to have a real shower (slow dripping only). This is not a single issue, all appartments are the same. The kitchen is equipped but useless since the stove can't operate during power outage (21h per day). Same for the air conditioning.

We have stayed here on many occasions and it just gets better and especially now they have ca new manager, he's a very professional young gentleman and the staff as always are amazing and can't do enough for you.

The venue was fantastic. Quiet, clean, organised and the manager and staff were very friendly and attentive.

As the venue is self catering and a little way from the shops, it would have been preferable to charge a little extra and at least have essentials like tea, coffee, milk, soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher and a cloth in the kitchen.

Electricity was a problem. Solar panels helped but weren't enough to last overnight.

Appreciate the power challenges being experienced at the moment. Did expect that a back up generator might have been in place. Fully clothed bathers in the pool was disconcerting.

The place is very clean and easy to access,workers are professional and helpful 😍.Harriet is very kind and friendly.We will definitely come back again.They have back up power and hot water even when there is power outage😍

Value for money and convenient

I was given a room at the back of the property but I think even nearer the front it would have been quiet. I had a very peaceful sleep. The room is a full on apartment...with seperate lounge and kitchen and even a guest toilet. I could have easily lived there for a few weeks

I felt very secure and the guards were professional and polite. The manager Harriet is great. She is super responsive, professional and very polite. When I expressed a concern about the bedside lamp bulbs missing and the cleaning (in between the couches and requested better cleaning of the shower), that was attended to very willingly. Great customer service from Harriet. The cleaning ladies were professional enough. Finally I really loved the simple but tasteful décor in the apartment, and the fact that the bedroom was self-contained, but there was another loo for guests so sleeping space remained private.

There was really not much to "not like". Perhaps the cleaning ladies could be a bit more active and friendly-more like the guards and the manager. They did their job though, and that is all that really matters in the end.

Pool and outdoor area very compact

This place is a little beyond our normal budget but we treated ourselves for a couple of nights of relaxation in Lusaka. Harriett looked after us very well, the room was fabulous and we enjoyed the pool. Everything was really great.

Easy check in, simple, clean, a/c.

Room has no space to open suitcases, no dining on premises..

The apartment was great. Very clean and spacious

The bed was tiny for a double The staff were mostly indifferent. One 'manager' seemed only interested in skimming an extra buck at every turn. He made us uncomfortable. Little touches missing. (Other similar places have a starter pack, coffee,tea sugar,salt etc. Here nothing) constant checking on utensils/towels/crockery made us feel like thieves. This should be a 5* plus place. Managers need to relax and be more customer centric
