The place looks delapidated and the staff use their bare hands to wash linen which didn’t sit well with me for hygiene purposes. A washing machine would be ideal

IcelandMosquito nets should be made available, and cleaner rooms were expected. I paid for an executive room that was not according to an executive standard, and got a smaller room but still, the manager wanted me to pay for the executive room, which I did.
Breakfast, the restaurant, and all staff were the best thing about this place. The manager did not quite match his other staff; he was not polite and was a bit arrogant.

Indiathe bathroom doesn’t have enough breathable areas, they should think about making it breathable especially when using the toilet inside the hotel asked me to pay an extra fee but my reservation says everything was inclusive. this isn’t fair, we pay what we get online, you don’t add extra fee as you wish to your guests.
