Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ZambiaMy stay at Gracimor Hyndland Estate was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities that made the experience truly comfortable. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a restful getaway. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the elegant lighting to the plush furnishings. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Lusaka.

United StatesFlat 6 "Hottub" large bath tub had zero hot water. No aircon in 2nd and 3rd bedroom it was hot and humid in these 2 rooms. Master bedroom aircon above head board made strange random noises and water droplets disrupting sleep. Car hire service is overpriced and set up for them to rip you off. We were moved to flat 7 flat that was supposed to be better but it was still under repair. Broken safety latch for window in 2nd bedroom. Had to repeatedly ask for an iron. Washing machine for our flat was out of order. Cleaning service does the bare minimum. Poor construction causing bugs and small lizards to enter thru cracks. We had to ask for some things that should have already been in place prior to check-in. Paying for the total package and not getting everything I expected.

FranceThere was no air conditioning in all the accommodations for the (2 nights) 3 days (those I was transferred to and those visited), even when the generator was running. The "technician" had promised that the air conditioning would work after a few minutes, but 2 days later still no air conditioning. No hot water in the bathrooms, only cold water. Bedside lamps without bulbs and no electrical adapter (RSA) A lot of "bling bling" for not much.
Rien, after 5 stays without problems, this one was very unpleasant. Mrs Chinthu Kapepula purchased a small air conditioner that did not make any cold. The manager is not responsible for the owner's decisions, she must suffer as much as the customer's inconveniences since installing the solar panels.
