Very spacious room with a great breakfast

One thing that we would like to see updated is the Sony Brava TV, it's a pre Netflix and USB model, It's time for an upgrade. Also a suitcase rack or two would be handy. If they can get these 2 items right the No5 becomes No10/10

We stayed in one of the executive suites and the room was well accommodated and extremely spacious, we have stayed on 2 prior occasions, and this room is for us the best room in the boutique ( stayed 2 times before), definitely will booking this suite on our next visit.

Nothing apart from not being able to wander out at night for a stroll because of safety reasons - common for that area.

Unusual small hotel with art deco architecture and furniture and an art collection which was worth seeing on its own merit. Most comfortable room and bed and lovely food at dinner and breakfast.

Stay was perfect.

Perfect stopover before flying from Port Elizabeth. Lovely quiet hotel in beautiful art deco style. Restaurant on site and food was very good. Nice pool and beach just a block away for a safe walk along the boardwalk at the seafront. Private parking and just 10mjns in the car to the airport.

My food in the restaurant was not that good

Huge room, beautifully decorated interiors with lovely pieces of art deco furniture. Loved the architecture of building. The artworks alll around hotel were stunning. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

The staff didn’t seem happy! Also the pool was small was very dirty and you would never even able to swim in it as it seem clean!

If I was to criticise anything, it would of been the food. It wasn't bad, but we had a lot better at the different hotels we stayed at whilst travelling through South Africa.

It was a very quirky, cool, and interesting hotel with all the art work. Our room/suite was fantastic, with everything and more we could of wanted. It was a shame we only stayed for 1 night.

Lovely boutique hotel. Nicely decorated with a very large room with a terrace. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Overall excellent value for money.

Breakfast service appalling No organisation and quite surly , food poor to bad! Drinks selection in bar poor closed the bar at 9.30

The total feel and finishes of the place was extremely homely and upper-class. The staff were very professional and the Spa at the hotel exceeded our expectations. This is truly a place to relax and rejuvenate.

It being an extension of the main establishment, has remote management and as such it’s an effort call for help.

It’s a real 5 star worth grading, has such prestige 👌👌

Facilities could use an update in some of the furniture, whilst still retaining the look and feel of what No5 is renowned for. Unfortunately, no smart TV’s in the bedrooms and WiFi signal rather weak.

Location. Location! Ease of convenience and a stone throws away from the beach and the newly revamped Boardwalk Centre. Hospitality from the staff was exceptional!

This was a fabulous venue. Loved the luxurious art deco vibe! Staff very welcoming and attentive and helpful. Food all good, bed and room very comfortable. Pool was good and gym useful to have. Felt very special. Easy to walk from the property along the seafront.
