Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AngolaIsland Club never deceives. They have it all in specially for family trip, safety and comfort. I stayed in the room facing the Canal, and it is just breathtaking as always. One gets the right piece of mind in that place. Notheless it is more expensive than the city center; but I guess it depends on what type of trip or comfort one is looking for.

IrelandThe fixtures and fittings in the room are a bit dated and I do not feel it meets 4* quality. The few issues I pointed out on arrival like self not secured correctly to wall, wash basin not draining very well, tap on basin not working were all resolved within 24 hours, so I can not complain on that. In short if you do stay at this hotel and find any issues with your room, just notify reception and they will get it resolved, then you can really not complain.
Location if fantastic, Waterfront under 15 min drive, Blauberg 20 minutes, Durbanville 20 min, Kenilworth 20 min. very big shopping mall 3 minutes walk. The staff are all great, the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. If you requested anything from the staff they were right on it.

South AfricaWe were in the first room by reception and it was very noisy with people laughing, walking in and out so I did not have a peaceful nights sleep.
The location was great as we had a short trip and it was opposite Canal Walk so very convenient for shopping and dinner. The breakfast was really good. We had to meet a few clients and they were very accommodating towards us in this aspect.
