The only thing I can mark down for was that the WiFi service was a little bit weak in places, but did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Every area of the hotel, pool, and restaraunt was spotless. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The breakfast (English or Turkish) was perfect.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations!! The pictures don't do it justice. It has amazing rustic features, but mixed with modern and it felt clean and safe. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel, with an extremely quiet pool area, that has recently had new, modern and comfy furniture. The staff are all amazing and the breakfast at Archways is lovely - you have so much choice! The hotel owner was such a lovely man and as we stayed for two weeks, we had regular conversations with him and he went above and beyond (even getting his pub owner friend to buy us a drink when we went into town!). It really felt like home. We would love to visit again! The location is great, it only takes around 10 minutes to get to Kyrenia port, which is beautiful. There is an amazing coffee shop a 4 minute walk out of the Archways Restaurant called Rest. We visited most mornings.

The location and facilities were great. The staff were very polite and caring and couldn’t do enough to make our stay great. This is second time in three years we have stayed there and it is still as good the city of Girbe(Kyrenia ? Has been updated and improved all around the harbour area. The restaurants and bars are great and the food is good quality at a reasonable rate

Beautiful hotel in lovely setting. Staff v friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent choice and very generous amounts. Restuarant staff v attentive and enjoyed seeing their traditional costumes worn for evening meal. Rooms large and clean with amazing views. Good size pool area with plenty of guest towels.

The light shines through the bathroom window to the bed because there is no curtain on it.

The hotel was beautiful and historical, with a nice swimming pool. The beds were so comfortable and the Turkish breakfast was amazing! We would stay here again!

Be aware that the hotel is slightly outside the town centre, so it does take at least 40 mins downhill to get there by foot (and 40 mins uphill to get back).

A little bit more maintenance in places would help, the fly screen in 302 was in tatters.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choices in the Archway restaurant which also had an extensive a la Carte menu for the evening. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Girne but with good access to the main roads and the airport at Ercan. Rooms were comfortable with all amenities and furnished in a traditional Turkish Cypriot style. The attached counter service Coffee Bar was always busy, a populat meeting place for the young locals. Recommend the rooms on the top floors to take full advantage of the views to the mountains and sea.

I was late for breakfast due to morning meetings, thus my breakfast experience was not good at all. The food was not tasty, and the coffee was from the machine. Also, I didn't like that the waiter tried to be rude by asking me, "Did you see the time?", but I managed to convince him that he still could serve me with breakfast. But I take the responsibility that I was late and cant express the proper comment on the breakfast service.

Amazing receptionists! Very helpful, very smiling, very polite! Had only a positive experience Comfortable parking and location, especially liked the easy access to the highway to the border/airport. The room is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary stuff. View is breathtaking!!!! The hotel itself and the territory and its design give a feeling of authentic old Cyprus culture, or even I would say Turkish vibe of the period ofthe Ottoman Empire. I really like it! I expected much less! It is one of the top places I will return back every time I visit North Cyprus.
