Comfortable hotel, staff very helpful, beautiful central location.

Because I find difficulty climbing stairs, I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask whether there was a lift. They didn't say that the dining room for for breakfast is on the fourth floor and the lift only went up to the third floor, which was a bit unfortunate. The staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

The Triumf Hotel was in an excellent position on the riverside. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Best location on the river. Near great restaurants, cafe, shops, sites in old town Prizren. Good breakfast. My room had view of the fortress. Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff and owner.

There is no iron and iron board. You should take your own iron with you, it was very difficult for us.

The location is excellent in the centre, everything nearby. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Bathroom looks pretty - however cheap tapware has been badly installed and plumbing is generally substandard (eg. no P-trap under vanity basin). No bench space in bathroom, no hooks or towel rails (limited hanging on wall radiator). Water leaking on to floor from toilet connection!

Great location: literally in the middle of everything*. Basement parking. Very comfortable modern/ new room. Great breakfast. *unfortunately, on our arrival day, road maintenance work closed the bridge and access road to the hotel - it took 40 minutes to reach the hotel - only after driving down pedestrian thoroughfares - not the hotel's problem, of course.

The safe deposit box is locked when we checked in. Informed the staff, was given the master key to unlock it myself. After opening it, see that it is short of 1 battery. Told the staff I will just go without it. Breakfast is sufficient but can be better. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel was in the city center , walking distance to the restaurants and shopping centers, it was very clean , the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was excellent

The room has been fine overall but some of the lights have been turning off (and back on) at random, the toilet seat has been loose, no kettle in the room. It felt like housekeeping needs to get up to speed.

The location is as central as it can be, right next to the river, close to all the sights, and a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The folks at the reception have been very friendly indeed, we had a bit of a chat and it's been a pleasure. Breakfast has been decent and there's a nice view from the breakfast room at the top floor.

Closed road for roadworks meant a nightmare of trying to negotiate narrow one way system. Sat Nav could not keep up with numerous twists and turns. Realise this is not the hotel's fault.

There is no kettle in the room.

Excellent location in Old Town,next to the Blue Bridge. Large room,clean and bed were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Surprised to see that,they serve omelette in breakfast.
