Parking would be difficult for anyone with a car but did not affect us.

The room was very large...but the bathroom is quite small and kind of a strange design but overall was clean.

Location is perfect just a block from the main old town area. Parking spaces reserved right in front of hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful.

A beautiful city and the hotel is at an excellent location! The room was spacious with a big balcony and view to the river. The staff very helpful and friendly. If we visit this city again we will stay there!

Breakfast served only from 8 which is too late. Parking is available in front of the hotel (book in advance) but it was not made clear that you have to wait in the street for the receptionist to materialize to enable you to do so (driving in historic Prizren is not for the faint-hearted)

The breakfast was worthless. We asked for juice for the kids but they did not give us anything. We asked for water but the staf said they did not have anything to the kids.

The bathroom is very uncomfortable without a wall separation and that gave a bit uncomfy There was a reception but no service no help at all. No lift and had to carry our luggages up 2 floors. We need some information about the time table of the Prıshtina buses, calling taxis etc. no help at all just showed where taxis can be found and that was all. It was rather like an a&bb rather than a 3 star hotel.

I had put the towels on the floor and they were not changed. The bed was not made - which meant the cleaning lady didn't enter the room at all. Had to go to the laundry, get clean ones and change them myself. Zero apologies. I found out the same situation in the two other rooms I had booked for my family. Not a single bar of soap, or liquid soap to wash the hands. The air condition in one of the rooms had a loose cable and no place to plug it in. First day, I asked the receptionist to fix it, he said yes, but nothing was done. Second day, I showed him the photo and he gave me an extension cable. Again no apologies. The staff face expression was like - it is what it is. No words. Breakfast minimalistic and the same stuff all days. Except for the eggs, one day fried and the second day boiled. Nothing suitable for kids or ppl who are allergic to eggs, or who don't eat spicy stuff at 8 am. Last but not least, the group of students who came the second night were not disturbed by the hotel staff and they stayed up late, screaming, shouting and laughing until they were exhausted, to finish the night with knocking to all the hotel doors to entertain themselves.

The location was ok, even though difficult to reach because of road blocks in all directions due to road reconstruction works Parking was right in front of the hotel.

We loved our short stay in Kosovo. Could have easily stayed longer, and this room was perfect. We had a view over the river, and could easily walk to the historic old town and up to the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too!
