Great stay with exceptional service The staff were extremely friendly, flexible, and always ready to help, truly outstanding hospitality. The room I had was perhaps a bit small, but very well equipped and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would gladly return.

Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, which was a bit unexpected. And the fridge was not cooling well.

A comfortable boutique hotel close to the old town. The standard double room we got abit small and stuffy but aircon worked. Room had a view of the carpark in front. Free parking is offered. Breakfast is fairly substantial and offered on the top floor which has a view of the mosque and castle. Must thank Enes who was always helpful during our 4 day stay. We used Prizren as a base to visit Pristina and Rugova Canyon and are glad we did that as Prizren is a much more compact and charming city.

The shower flooded the bathroom a little bit each morning because the drain was a bit slow, but this was not a major issue for us.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to all of the main sights. The WiFi was good and the bed was very comfortable. Decent breakfast options. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't be better — right in the heart of the charming City Center 'Shadervan.' The service was flawless, the room felt like a luxury retreat, the bed was heavenly comfortable, and every corner was sparkling clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and having a secure parking spot on-site was a fantastic bonus. I can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place!

Lovely modern hotel in convenient location. Very clean, with nice views over the town from breakfast room. Within walking distance of the bus station. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Great place to stay in Prizren!

I was impressed by all of the staff within hotel, the breakfast was exelent the room perfect, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a wedding suit for the evening they were able to arrange everything.also a free parking slot reserved.

Bathroom had a smelly drain which stunk out the room.

AC was not working unfortunately they did their best but at the end ac not work. We moved for 3 rooms because of AC and solved with room with big window and wind help to cool the room. There was a bad smell in bathroom but I ignored it because I didn’t want to move again.
