Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaI found the bed sagged in the middle a bit which disturbed my sleep. The nearby roller coaster was quite noisy in the evenings.
The staff were excellent, thanks to Quynh, Thao, Tram, Phuong and especially Hue for their help. The hotel is located in quite an affluent area and a walk around gives a very different perspective of Da Nang. Most of the time it was quiet and a very pleasant place to relax. Very nice swimming pool although missing some tiles. Menu choices are limited, but every dish we ate was delicious.

United KingdomThere is nowhere to have a sunbathe...there are some lovely places to relax, but th4 only place for full sun, is in the pool (which is again, spotless...) Also, the light switch locations in the rooms is unusual! Just a dim, bedside light and all the other switches were by the door...
Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and warm, friendly staff, The Blossom Resort was delightful, and the Onson was a new (free) experience, that I enjoyed immensely!

AustraliaWhen we were checking out the cleaning staff tried to make us pay for drinks we never took!! Be careful as they said we took drinks from a previous night which we never did and showed a receipt of what we took which was never done in my handwriting! We took water x 2 the night before we left and that was the only time and I wrote it down and brought the paperwork with me. Double check! I also paid for drinks at the restaurant whilst at the poolside. Lucky I had Bich Hue confirm I paid the bill as it was sent to the room to be charged even though I had paid for it!! Always check and keep a record of all you ordered and bought and taken! The cleaning staff really made me not happy that they lied and said we took drinks which we never did! This ruined what would have been a perfect experience at this hotel resort.
The restaurant staff.. big shout out to Miss Kay and Bich Hue. These two ladies were so good to me and husband, every day they greeted us, asked how we are and made our stay pleasant by talking to us and getting to know us when they saw us. The location was great as quiet and a great place to just relax and enjoy the laid back side of Danang. Not crazy like the beach side of Danang. This was a great place to find your peace again.

United KingdomThe pillows are a bit hard in comparison to the rest of the bed but that was a very small issue. The term 'all inclusive: can be a bit misleading as beverages aren't included in halfboard meal (they are during breakfast though) something to be aware off.
The staff was wonderful. Especially Tra My & Nhi from the F&B team. Food was excellent - I just recovered from a bad stomach infection and they were able to accommodate any special requests I had to work around according to my doctors orders. Breakfast has a great selection of Asian and Continental food as well as the option to order Pancakes or Waffles. The beds were massive and the rooms very clean. Wonderful bathroom with bathtub and shower. I used the Spa only once but had a good experience as well.

Hong KongI truly appreciate every aspect of it. It brings me joy and resonates with me deeply.
I truly appreciate the warm ambience here; it really allows for personal space and relaxation. The lovely garden outside our villa is a wonderful touch, providing a peaceful escape. The infinity pool, with its stunning view of the Ferris Wheel, adds to the charm. I also want to highlight how clean everything is—it really makes a difference in feeling comfortable and at home.

EstoniaThe only small downsides were that the gym was quite tiny and there was some noise from construction on the neighbouring property, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience
Our stay at The Blossom Resort Island was wonderful and very relaxing. We booked an all-inclusive room, which meant we could enjoy so many great experiences — delicious meals, soothing massages, sauna with cold and hot plunge pools, and plenty of time by the pool. The staff were all so lovely and made sure we felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay.

TaiwanWe were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious villa with one king-size bed and a single bed — more than enough for just the two of us. Thank you so much for the thoughtful arrangement! The hotel is located right next to the Han River. We initially planned to visit the nearby Sun World amusement park, but the relaxing atmosphere here completely won us over. Instead, we stayed by the river, enjoying the breeze, the view, and the distant sounds of joyful screams from the park — quite entertaining! Perhaps because it was a weekday, we had the hotel restaurant all to ourselves at night. This gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy one of the best seats with a stunning view.

United StatesDuring my stay there , there was construction near by and it was getting pretty irritating. The place was way too far from everything. I had to get transportation to get some necessities. The gym is pretty disappointing as well. Overall everything else is wonderful.

IrelandThe room was a little damp and musty feeling...it was quite cramped too, and that was the 'upgrade!' The chair on the balcony had been soaked in the rain so the cushions were still wet and smelly, couldn't use it. Also the hot water ran out when I was pouring a bath...but otherwise, everything was great and I'll return again!
The setting is absolutely beautiful, so calm and peaceful. Breakfast was great and the staff were really welcoming. The onsen was absolute bliss and I had a great massage, too.

United KingdomArrived for our 3 night stay after stopping at Tam Coc. Reception staff excellent- room was upgraded to a standalone lodge- its was immaculate- all modern cons. Overlooking a small lake with fish and 1 minute from reception- lovely 4 poster bed and complimentary tea, coffe and water. The receptionists called Manh showed us to our accommodation he explained how everything worked (Shower, air conditioning, TV, lights etc) - the breakfast was 6 sta hot and cold buffet plus you could order from kitchen (eggs etc) the two waitresses Tramy(whoose birthday it was when we were there) and Thuy were lovely and very attentive- always asking if everything was alright. They kept the dining area spotless always working hard keeping everything immaculate- the restaurant overlooked a lake and you could sit on balcony and eat breakfast. Throughout our stay the receptionist called Fo was lovely and extremely helpful very courteous We had coffees and beers on an afternoon in the coffee area after been out during the day and before showering and getting ready for the evening out- a lovely setting. Hotel very quiet and spotless- we walked to the dragon bridge (30 to 45 mins) and to the ferries (75 mins) on separate nights and taxi (Grab) home less than £3 - took taxi to beach approx 10mins again £3 so although not central it’s certainly very relaxing and away from the busy centre of the city.
