My room was two levels which meant the bathroom and bed were on different levels which isnt so great at night. No aircon and a noisy fan

I was looking for somewhere close to the airport and the property is about a 20 minute walk. A very cool and quirky place

TV was broken. Bathroom had rat droppings in it. Some of the lights weren't working. Room facilities weren't accurately described - we originally booked a room that said it had 2 sofa beds in addition to the bed, but we had to upgrade because the room supplied didn't include any sofa beds. The onsite restaurant and nearby eateries were all closed when we arrived at 7.30 PM, not exactly late!

There's a nice view of the waterfall. The beds are large and comfortable. It's fairly cheap considering the size of the rooms. Free parking space. (Note that Google Maps tries to take you down the wrong alley to get to the homestay - make sure you go down the one that has a big sign with the name of the homestay over the top!)

Cleaning, as always, was not the best. There were a lot of ants and mosquitoes (in relation to mosquitoes, there isn't much you can do, due to the nature around). The hotel is very beautiful but lacks maintenance. The furniture is very old. There are no restaurants nearby, we arrived at 7pm, tried to order a Grab, but there was no delivery option. It's outside the city.

The place is beautiful, especially the exterior. The view of the mountain and waterfall is incredible! The staff helped us a lot, although communication was a little difficult, nothing that the translator couldn't solve. Regarding the room, it had working air conditioning, a hot shower and a comfortable bed. For short stays (1-2 days) it's great. Very close to the airport.

As others have mentioned, the rooms are a little dated. We had a lot of ants in our room.

The setting is the draw here. Really beautiful views, and you could a lot of places where you could just relax and hang out. Bed was comfy. WiFi worked well.

We noticed that the walls here are quite thin so we could hear the loud music they were playing. We also requested a non-smoking room but you could definitely smell smoke.

The view of this place was stunning and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. It's also very close to the airport so it made our early flight very easy to get to.

This homestay is quirky and sprawling but the views are great and the rooms a fair size. There is some food available. Hot water !

But when I went to the room after 15 minutes, I saw one mouse is running inside, so terrible. After telling the reception, luckily one male came and catch it very fast within 15 minutes, Otherwise, I couldn't sleep well.

The room is extremely dirty, poor room service with spider webs and bugs, and hairs on the bed. Found someone's underwear still hanging by the lover's chair. This is more like a motel for sex. UPDATE: after I gave an honest review on Bookings, to share my experience with other travelers and for the homestays to improve their service. The homestay reported to Bookings that I didn't stay here. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

Room was big, clean, comfortable and with balcony, staff were very helpful and friendly, coffee shop with food on site, I was surprised at just how big the hotel was, But the best thing was the view, amazing looking over river and waterfall to the mountains, Only 5 minute taxi to airport so great place to stay, Will come back again for a few days just for the view,
