The location was good close to the market unless the must walk up to the hill.

The manager and staff are were very welcome, friendly and helpful. The credit should be given to Ms Châu for her excellent job in making us feel comfortable and happy. She took cares our needs ie foods, transport, tickets etc.

The first room we stayed in was small and cramped. The bathroom had an odd layout so that you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly. We expressed our concern and they moved us to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were so very kind and lovely and accommodating.

The bathroom in one of the smaller rooms was too small and it was not possible to sit on the toilet properly. The staff did accommodate us and moved us.

Everything! Kudos to the staff of Sapa House hotel, especially the manager! She advised on alot of things/informations on attractions/drivers are worry-free! From checked in to check out. Smooth service! Rooms are spacious and clean, views are speechless, beds/pillows are comfy! Came wif my family of 6. Food are reasonably spread for breakfast. Great for muslim travellers as it is Halal Certified! Lunch and dinner menus are so affordable and delicious compared to other halal restaurants nearby! Laundry? Available too at super affordable price! Massage? They hv it there too! Tried the massage too! 👍 Walking distance to Sun Plaza. Take a stroll to White cloud Cafe, and u can see the rail from there. Just use google map and u will know how near the distance is! 👍❤️

awesome and friendly staffs, manager Chau really prompt with her services to help us around SaPa while we were there and she extended her services out of her way where she got in touch with me the moment i had done the booking to ensure a smooth travel and the best experience we can have in Sapa. She ensured that we were comfortable and had everything ready and prepared fro our arrival.

Although we could check in early (which was appreciated), it was the only hotel that we had in Vietnam that charged us an additional fee for that. We could understand, but still - most hotels offer this for free.

We loved that the rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to the center with a shortcut via a few flights of stairs. We booked two rooms; while one didn’t meet our expectations initially, the manager quickly resolved it by offering a better room.

The hotel is located on a hill, which might be challenging for the elderly. Unfortunately, the floor our rooms were on had an unpleasant smell on our last night but other than that everything is fine

Absolutely amazing staff! They stepped in on short notice as our private guide on a trekking tour in Cat Cat village. And helped us book other activities during our stay, and also our ride back to Hanoi. Châo was amazing and super helpful. She arranged our tickets and kept in touch to make sure we were picked up by the driver. Would definetly recommend, also their breakfast is great!

Located in a quiet but close to central area. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They can also easily communicate in English. The room was superb for its price — view, space, amenities are all worth it. There are shops and restos nearby if you’re up for food adventures. They could also arrange tours for you! Location is just a few meters away from the town center. Thank you so much for making our stay a wonderful experience!

We arrived early and though we cannot check-in yet, they allowed us to borrow 1 room for 1hr so that we can freshen up and enjoy our 1st day in Sapa. The breakfast coffee was super delicious.

Limited choices for breakfast but they are delicious nonetheless.

close to the city center especially fansipan and there are marts and restaurants nearby

dont be late for breakfast otherwise u will run out of food but they provide eggs and noodles

The staff is friendlynand this hitel is Muslim friendly
