United StatesThe bathroom in one of the smaller rooms was too small and it was not possible to sit on the toilet properly. The staff did accommodate us and moved us.
The first room we stayed in was small and cramped. The bathroom had an odd layout so that you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly. We expressed our concern and they moved us to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were so very kind and lovely and accommodating.

Everything! Kudos to the staff of Sapa House hotel, especially the manager! She advised on alot of things/informations on attractions/drivers are worry-free! From checked in to check out. Smooth service! Rooms are spacious and clean, views are speechless, beds/pillows are comfy! Came wif my family of 6. Food are reasonably spread for breakfast. Great for muslim travellers as it is Halal Certified! Lunch and dinner menus are so affordable and delicious compared to other halal restaurants nearby! Laundry? Available too at super affordable price! Massage? They hv it there too! Tried the massage too! 👍 Walking distance to Sun Plaza. Take a stroll to White cloud Cafe, and u can see the rail from there. Just use google map and u will know how near the distance is! 👍❤️

And helped us book other activities during our stay, and also our ride back to Hanoi. Châo was amazing and super helpful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They can also easily communicate in English. The room was superb for its price — view, space, amenities are all worth it. There are shops and restos nearby if you’re up for food adventures. They could also arrange tours for you! Location is just a few meters away from the town center. United KingdomOnly grumble was being woken up by the children on the landing area on our second morning quite early - I believe they were wanting to clean the room.
We chose to spend Christmas here in Sapa- the Staff were great, super helpful sharing information regarding trips and available options for us over our staff. The room was specious and we had a choice of two. Good view overseeing the town. The hotel is a short walk from the main town and all cafes, shops and restaurants were close by. Sapa train station was a 3/4 minute walk . Lovely little place.

Staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the Fansipan experience and booking the cable car and tram tickets; suprise upgrade when I mentioned that we had another person staying with us for one night; proximity to city center with resto and cafe options; availability of taxi pick-up and drop-off; breakfast was filling and flavorful- enjoyed the fried rice, corn, and sweet potato; hot shower was working without problem; luggage storage after check-out; elevator to bring our stuff up the 6F with a gorgeous view of the mountain ranges
