The mattresses on the bed are quite firm but we still slept comfortably.

A beautiful and affordable place to stay in the city’s centre. Only a 10 minute walk to the night market (which we visited every night). Our room was really beautifully furnished with a very large bed and the softest and most comfortable quilt we’ve ever felt. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and have a laundry service if you need. We loved our stay here and our view of the city.

My clean spacious room offered an amazing view over Da Lat especially at night. The hotel is brandnew with lots of amenities from toiletry kit, fridge to face masks. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of hot and cold, western and local food freshly made. The staff is super friendly always ready to help arranging pick-ups, tours or just offering a refreshing free drink.

No air conditioning, no safe, bar fridge was noisy and had to turn off at night. Room was noisy as motorbikes are outside all the time. Might need ear plugs. The room was steamy after showering as it didn't have air conditioning or an exhaust fan. The shower head was blocked in places so we had to use the hand held spray washer. The bath towels were a bit small and thin. The beds were very firm.

It is probably best suited to back packers who want something a little nicer than hostel accommodation. We would have appreciated a safe in the room, nicer pillows and a bathmat!

This was not the hotel’s fault, but there was construction happening right in front of the building. The hotel is in a quiet area (looks like), so normally it should be peaceful, but unfortunately, we were woken up early because of the construction noise. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

This was probably my favorite hotel during my entire holiday in Vietnam. I really hope they keep up the good work. The staff were very active and friendly. I had made a mistake in my booking and accidentally reserved one extra night. I completely forgot about it. During check-in, the receptionist noticed it, made a quick call to confirm if we could adjust the reservation, and it was fixed right away. It took less than a minute. I appreciated how fast and easy it was, especially since it was my fault. I was expecting to hear something like “not possible” or “you have to wait,” but everything was handled immediately and kindly. We booked the Deluxe Attic Double Room with Balcony, and we were not disappointed. The room was nice, clean, and had a lovely view. The location was also great. You can easily walk around to explore shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice. It was simple but well prepared. It wasn’t a large buffet, but you can definitely find something to suit your taste. They had croissants, toast, eggs, and the usual basics. If I return to this area for another vacation, I will definitely book here again. To the hotel team – my best wishes and keep up the good work. I really hope the hotel is kept in good condition over time. The staff are doing a great job, but even with the best service, it's important that the place stays well maintained. Great hotel to stay at in the downtown area of Da Lat. Walking distance from some good restaurants, cafes and the night market. The wooden sculptures in the lobby where amazing. Good breakfast buffet. And they offer motorbike/scooter rental on-site making it really easy and convenient.

They provide a fan in the room as there is no aircon but the fan isn’t very good. A better/ more powerful fan would have been great.

The only thing I would say is that the whole bathroom floor gets wet when having a shower, but it might be common for that type of shower room

Next to the hotel there is/was on -going construction of new building. It could be load and noisy if work starts early in the morning or continue into the night.

The Hotel is very nice. The room was modern, comfort and nice with good space. Bath room is big with hot water. There is very good verity of food for breakfast. The hotel is located few minutes walk from the center. I think it is a good value for money.
