Mosquitos! Hotel management just needs to put a screen on the bathroom window and sealant on the sliding door. Essential for being next to the river. I had ten mosquito bites per night!

The location is not ideal for me as it didn't have convenient stores to go to if needed. The alley was too small for a car to get through. So had to walk out of the alley with the suitcase to get to the car. Not much restaurants around to go to but can easily order grab food. Also although the aircon in the room worked, it was making sounds throughout the whole night.

Loved the space, the room decor and outside common area. Very charming boutique hotel that I would recommend if you are ok with staying in and not necessarily looking for within-walking distance, happening restaurants, bars or stores around. Absolutely enjoyed this "me-time alone", away from any commercial areas! And what a discovery-type of hotel it was! Management was easily reachable for questions or any help needed.

A little too much form over function and a bit of overzealous marketing. The first (cheapest) room I booked had a faulty aircon, a second door that opened to a brick wall and the touted garden view was the patio of the room next door. I offered to cancel after the first night but they offered me a paid-for upgrade. Which I agreed to then got a call at 12pm the same day saying that that room was now unavailable but they had another one vacant at an extra 50k vnd above the already agreed upgrade costs. When I again offered to cancel, he said it was now past 12 and too late to cancel without penalty! Left a bad taste for the rest of my stay :(

A bespoke "natural" environment in hidden away from the nearby Saigon mayhem. No TV's supplied but seeing the layout probably a wise idea. A long entrance alley but taxis can access (reversing their way out). Close to plenty of street food and a busy local market.

- air conditioner didn't work well anymore, a loud fan was added that blocked the small room (luckily I had good ear plugs) - no plug option for a fan on the terrace, so it was always very hot upstairs

I returned to this place three times, because: + lovely host and service staff + airy, spacious, clean & calm + nice style + walking distance to many food & drink options (market is around the corner)

Some might be annoyed by few mosquitoes, that is the perk for living with trees and plants, in an healthy environnement (vert few though) . The wifi is not strong enough for some operations for work but streaming /email works just fine. Water pressure pump can be a little bit annoying, just don't flush at night.

This is a great place, safe and friendly. We are in a lesser touristic area of Saigon yet in the center and close to everything especially since the bus system works pretty well. Around the Maison you will find anything you need, shops, pharmacy, markets and supermarkets. The Maison is well maintained and cleaned every day, the AC works perfectly, hot water is abundant. It is an oasis with plants and peace. I really enjoyed the calm. The ambiance favors friendliness between guests. All together I spent 5 weeks and I am glad I stayed here.

This is a great place in the middle of genuine Sài Gòn. It is safe and well maintained. It is surrounded by shops, markets, restaurants, and spa. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a highly alive and noisy market.

Wifi is spotty, it easily disconnect and mostly is not powerful enough. I have not been able to have professional zoom meetings. Each time I am disconnected and my colleagues cannot hear/see me. It has been a burden.

This is a great place. Safe and quiet. The cleaning lady is great, nice, efficient, and super useful. It is beautiful and the studio is well equiped. Anything you reasonably need, they will get you.

This is a little oasis in the center of HỒ Chí Minh. The room is as described. No surprise. It is spacious enough. Everything works.. They are well organized, listen to the needs of their guests, and got me in a timely manner the couple things that were lacking. The place is well maintained. The young woman who comes to do the cleaning is very pleasant and efficient. This is a nice place to be treated with respect.

The mattresses are extremely firm, if you don’t have a room with a topper. No credit card machine 💵

Beautifully decorated home stay. The courtyard and rooms are full of plants and flowers. The design of the rooms is thoughtful and chic. Love the high ceilings, concrete floors, and most of all the muji sheets 🙌🏼. Will definitely stay again, thank you!

Noise, dirty, things broken and not comfortable working. Smell a bit moulding. Aicon not good working. Need to close the curtains when put the Lights on, The neighbours from opposite and upstairs can look in. The Oposit apartments people owned a dog who barked a lot. The cooker and water heater can only use on the flour, because the cable to short. The bathroom door cannot open full because a table block it. I had problems to come inside all the time. The shower can’t close properly, the water runs and drops all the time. The shower holder broke, the bathroom mate was so dirty I couldn’t step on it. The window curtains burned! Many things more 😫 the garden area outside dirty, when you like to sit on it all your clothes got wet and dirty.

The room could do better with some improvements. The lighting is kinda dark, the blanket was quite itchy. Also, the curtain is quite thin so total privacy is not secure.

The location is great and near to all the good place, also safe. The room is large and has everything needed for a little staycation.

There is many green so I can relax. It is nice atmosphere.

It would have been better if they allow card payments.

The room was very cozy and complete with basic necessities. The staff were so helpful and patient as well. I arrived really late at Ho Chi Minh and she kept checking in on me if I was able to arrive safe. The location was perfect and just a few minutes away from the center of Ho Chi Minh. The building structure is superb.
