Clean & new room. Best location.

Noise - sound from outside too loud.

Location was closed to Ninh Kieu Wharf

The hotel has bad, mouldy smell. They locked the door at night so it depends on your luck when you go back to the hotel late. There maybe noone there to open the entrance door for you!! There was a phone in the room but it was not connected. However, there was a cockroach there. The A/C was very very dusty: I had to clean the A/C myself before I can use it.

I spent a night there before my tour at the sunrise The room was ready, clean and was pretty comfortable The staff was pleasant, the cost is very affordable and the location is super great 👌

They accepted only cash, no cards Other than that, the stay was pleasant

    Location was close to town

We had 3 rooms, one had no glass in the window, one was full of ants (through the bed and everything) and they were all very small. We needed help from staff to call a Vietnamese speaking only service to arrange pick up for our sleeper bus, but they refused to help (had Google translate going, so they knew what we were asking)

    Property response:

Thank you very much. You were so free to criticize my hotel twice, God bless you.

Close to the pier for departure to Cai Rang floating market and Con Dao ferry. There is also an outdoor night market for food two streets away. Very helpful reception staff that help with tours/ places of interest 😀 I would return here to stay again 👍👍

Location was close to the middle of town, the aircon worked well

We had 3 rooms, One room had no glass in the window, one room was full of ants (in the bed, bathroom, everything) and the other the TV didn't work. One staff member wasn't too bad, but the other was very unhelpful. Stayed for 3 nights, asked for fresh towels on the second day, but never got them

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. Its location is central, perfect for staying a couple of days, nearby the night market but quiet.

As usual, the shower... it's open, meaning that you water the whole washroom while taking your shower.

Very good location. Clean room and price/quality is really on point. Plus the people at reception were really nice and helped me to find my bus to the next destination.

I liked the location of the hotel which is nearby to the night market and the wharf. I also enjoyed having a balcony. The room was a good size. There is an elevator even though it is a small hotel.

There was very low water pressure for having a shower. The room was not cleaned once over a 3 day period. There was no-one at reception who could understand English so I had to use google translate to communicate. Although there is an electric kettle there were no cups or tea and coffee provided. I didn't like having to pay 50% in advance for the room when the booking on this site says no pre-payment required.

    Location

Staff member on phone constantly, other one demanded passport be held by hotel, loose electrical wires at back of bedhead, very small room, noisy lift buttons which seemed to beep on their own.
