Lots to like about the Hyatt, but, and it really is a big BUT for me, it has an issue with sun beds. Guests are at it laying towels down at 6am (possibly before). Our last day i wandered down at 7am, thinking if you can’t beat them etc, only to find virtually zero beds left uncovered and obviously unused. By 8am the sad sight was very much in evidence of guests wandering around the pool like zombies with blue and white towels hopefully rolled underneath their arms and the sad realisation in their eyes that they will have to sit on the floor or go out for the day. Please Hyatt management, this must be put right. A member of staff said there were warnings about guests having their belongings removed from beds if vacated for 30 mins or more, but I never saw this in action and some were only using beds for 1 hour a day but securing them for the whole day. I’ve never been to any other 5 star pool/beach hotel and experienced anything like this. Please lay out more beds. There’s an abundance of space, both on the grounds and on the beach. This should be an easy win vs a major issue for all guests.

The hotel has a magnificent position on probably the best beach in Vietnam. It really has the wow factor as you walk into the open air reception and take in the impressive surroundings. The staff at the hotel are its biggest asset. Our room was perfect. big(ish),well designed, modern with a fantastic balcony and sublime views (we had ocean view room F219, imho the best bang for your buck room type). The balcony was spacious and included a table with 2 chairs and a very comfortable double day bed. The grounds of the property are perfect, preened by the hard working grounds staff -they really are exceptional and deserve massive credit! The flora and fauna are kept immaculate by these skilled professionals. The pool is huge, with 2 slides and perfect for the young and young at heart. Breakfast is a little on the expensive side for Vietnam, but at $26 delivered a great choice for everyone. The staff at the bars and restaurants couldn’t have been more professional, polite and helpful, always smiling and trying to make your stay special. My favourite place to eat was at the Vietnamese restaurant, the chicken Pho was a joy to behold.

It was high season and a little crowded.

This was our second trip, and we knew the property already. The whole resort layout is very nice. We had a birthday party at the pool villa and the arrangements were perfect. Staff is very friendly and accommodated all our requests.

Everything was great!

We stayed in a seaview room with lounge access. The lounge is very nice and the staff are super attentive. We ate at the restaurants and enjoyed the food and service. There are lots of options for breakfast but we really liked the lounge as it was quieter. The pool by the lounge is lovely a quite as it was hard to find a sun lounger by the main pool.

Air conditioning in the restaurants and arcade could be stronger.

The room was well presented and comfortable, the Regency lounge provided an excellent range for breakfast the local coffee is a must. The property located on the beech great access. The staff was great Kia Do was such a pleasant member of staff and so helpful

I found it a bit overpriced, as we could have gotten a similar value in other properties for less. While it was a serviced apartment, we found that it lacked enough kitchen accessories to facilitate proper cooking. It's as if they didn't want you to cook there, so they didn't provide some essential items, like a flat cooking pan or a microwave. When we asked for the same they said they dont have.

Excellent resort facilities, well-maintained hotel, and apartments. Lovely clean beach and pools. The staff were very friendly. Easy to call a GRAB taxi or even to order food via GRAB as they deliver right to the lobby of the residence builing.

Only downside was a small range of choices on the pool menu. The hotel was fully booked during our stay so breakfast was very busy. Replenishing items was a little slow.

We loved the grounds of the resort. Manicured gardens and meticulously clean. Our room was amazing with a very large ensuite and balcony and the surprise was a walk in closet.

Lovely property, on a very nice stretch of beach. Very spacious and beautifully manicured. Large rooms with space to spread out, and walk in closet. Good sleep quality. Many options for dining, and a huge breakfast buffet. Reasonable distance from both Danang and Hoi An. Particularly enjoyed the Xanh restaurant.

Could do with some shade. Gets very hot in the afternoon and there is nowhere to shade up.

Beautiful setting. Lovely white sand beach with swimmable waters. 3 restaurants with excellent food. Amazing breakfast buffets.

Reception/check in staff need to be better trained so they appear rude or condescending. Spoke to the manager about my experience and she was good about listening and hopefully will train her team so others don't experience the same. Ants in our room.

Beautiful resort. Gorgeous beach. Good food at breakfast and at all three restaurants at decent prices.
