A wonderful place with friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our stay, there is very good shower and comfortable bed.

The location was in the city and everything is within walking distance which was very convenient. This area was exceptional. Such variety and quality.

Basic but clean room. Comfortable bed and decent bedding, with no noise. I slept well. Friendly and helpful chap on reception.

The staff is amazing and really responding, they will help you with everything you need. The room is a good size and and the shower was perfect after a lonely day out

We stay there for 2 nights but no room cleaning service after first night and the toilet door cannot be closed as it's auto lock from inside

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We had no issues conversing in English with staff. Rooms were very nice and clean.

The view from the balcony

We had the three bedroom apartment. It was on a lower floor with only windows on one side. The apartment was moist and had (black?) mold on the walls. The staff was friendly but didn't really speak English. The apartment didn't really feel clean because of moisture and mold. The kitchen wasn't really well equipped but the refrigerator worked. The location isn't super but you can take a grab to go to the center (hotel is a little bit too high up to walk from the night market) The price was quite low for a three bedroom apartment but the quality did reflect this.

The location was excellent and the staff were helpul and polite. Booking was very easy. I will definitely come back and stay in the same hotel in the future too

The place is really nice as it has such a beautiful view over the city!! Also the room was quite spacious, we even got a bigger one than we booked. There is a nice lobby with a free massage chair, nice add-on. Plus the spot was great to explore the city (had a motorbike).

We were a bit sad that our room was to the other side (no view above city) as it looked like it on the pictures.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful Fabulous room very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the hotel and our room, reception staff were lovely as were room service staff.
