promised a street view room but had a large tree blocking said view. the hotel gave up my room upon arrival because its first come first serve so I had to wait 2 hours in lobby to receive new room and was double charged for it as i paid online and again in person.

location was perfect next to food and market. room was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. room service was good and not overbearing, always made bed and restocked towels and refrigerator.

Can be a little bit of noise pollution at night but it dies down around midnight and it didn’t bother us too much.

Well located close the hub of the city. Lots of restaurants around the area and in a walkable distance. We were also able to walk to Bui Vien as well.

Location of the hotel is great. Binh Tanh markets are across the road and the centre of the city is easily a 15 minute walk. Decent bed, decent bathroom, what else can you ask for.

It's common in Vietnam that the hotel will have the front door ladder, but the staff will help you with the luggage. As the hotel location next to the main road of the major tourist area, so it's very noisy at night and morning.

Breakfast was ok and simple. The room size is big enough for you to feel relax. The location is right in front of the famous tourist market. The communication thru application's app is good, however, in person not all staff can speak English. It was raining day on the check out date, and they let me borrow the umbrella the whole day and return when I went back to get my luggage.

Had a shower that was over a bath, id rather just have a walk in shower not a bath but that purely down to taste, some may love the fact it's got a bath. Thats being picky, because that's the only thing I can think of, it was how it should be

It was very clean, bed was very comfortable and they had very good large pillows which I wish I could have at home. Can't really fault it, staff were very good, breakfast was very nice up on the roof terrace. I would definately visit again. Also right next to a 7/11 supermarket, ideal

The toilet in the spa area used for guests when checking in was really quite dirty. First impressions count and it was not nicely presented with soap and towels. It felt like I was in the storage area. The reception area could do with cleaning the very stained chairs. The space is small so it was very noticeable. The breakfast was adequate but once again presentation of the tables could be better especially as it’s a lovely rooftop space.

The location is fantastic opposite Ben Thanh market and surprisingly quiet in our room on the 6th floor. The room was really very good - spacious with a comfortable bed. It was also clean. The shower had great pressure and hot water in abundance. The staff were quite friendly.

Unfortunately during my visit there are road side walkway upgrading work carry on 24/7, despite already stay at level 7 back room, still unable to sleep well due to excessive noise. Every night just managed to nap for less than 3hours.

Location is Superb. 1mins walk to the famous market. Surrounding with all food and mall within walking distance.
