Property was in the best location on Cruz Bay, close to restaurants, shopping and beautiful views of Cruz bay. Staff was amazing and friendly. Room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lithane (spelling) along with other staff members went over and above to welcome us and make our stay comfortable.

Property is very pricey and starting to show its age.

We chose Gallows Point because of its location. Site was beautiful and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, shower was amazing, view from the patio was to die for. St John is gorgeous with many outstanding restaurants within walking distance. Gallows Point staff was great, very attentive and helpful.

I liked everything. These villas are individually owned. Our unit was updated but some were not, so be sure to know what unit you are getting. Using Booking.com helped to avoid that because we were able to see pictures of our room. Also- the main bath and shower in our unit was on the first floor but the bedroom is on a second floor loft that has only has a powder room bath. For some who don’t do stairs, that could be an issue.

Nice property in a great location. We stayed in a one bedroom, two floor villa. It was very nice. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and were a 5 minute walk into Cruz Bay. The pool was nice with a great view. You can rent a Jeep on site and Taxi’s are available in Cruz Bay to take you to most beaches for $8-11 per person each way. Kitchen was very nice to have in the villa.

Our last night there, we did not get to sleep until after 2:30AM when the loud music stopped. Loud voices came from microphones and electronic drums rattled our windows. It was extremely upsetting on the night before a 14 hour travel day. It was terrible.

It would have been nice to have a small bar at the pool during the day.

Beautiful resort with impeccably kept grounds and amazing views of Cruz Bay. We really enjoyed the pool area with access to the ocean for snorkelling. Location can't be beat! It was an easy walk into town to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shopping.

The big situation and humidity in November was something we weren't prepared for. That's our fault though.

Being right on the water with a view is amazing. The property is in town but it feels secluded once you walk past the front desk.

These are not complaints- the fridge was not working in our first unit at check in, so we were moved next door immediately. The next day the AC went out, but they had it fixed in a hour. The property is older but very well maintained. There is a bit of peacock poop, so watch your shoes!

Beautiful property with well maintained grounds. We loved having the provisioning services and gourmet market on site as well as a restaurant. Very walkable to Cruz Bay, no need for car rental, but taxis were easy to arrange with front desk when needed.

There are some very steep inclines to go up and down to get from your accommodations and it can be difficult as well as tiring

I just found the room to be a tad dirty(wall switches). They had dirt and fingerprints all over them. Other than that it was exceptional.

I loved that it had everything we needed. I most definitely loved and appreciated the champagne bottle found in the fridge.

The room was dated and there were a few things in disrepair. The mattress was not good. We stayed in 11A. The access to filtered water was a short walk but not totally inconvenient.

Location and grounds of the resort were wonderful. The store on site was well stocked and the hours of operation were convenient. The staff was excellent.

Rooms need updating and night time noise was extremely annoying coming from very loud music at the beach bar.

Great location on the Island. Easy walking access to all Cruz Bay restaurants. Staff is very attentive. Facilities are great. Units are well appointed and comfortable. Well maintained.

This place would be amazing if it were adult only. It was peaceful and relaxing until the kids occupied the room next to us. Peace and relaxation was immediately replaced with noise and chaos. Payed way too much for noise and chaos.

My room was the furthest from the pool. Next time I would ask to be put closer to the pool. Also for a family of four it would help to have two full bathrooms instead of one.

The proximity of the property to the restaurants and shops was great. It was very well maintained, super clean and comfortable.
