United StatesWe had a lovely time. There was a mixup at check in with our reservation and the staff was quick to accommodate us. They made us feel welcome and went went above and beyond to make it work for us which we appreciated. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect place to relax by a private beach. The food is the best food we’ve had in the BVIs. The pool is beautiful and the cabanas to relax on are luxurious. The view from our room was beautiful, we could see the ocean and sunset. We would definitely return but just keep in mind the rooms are only made for two people. Only other thing to note is the roosters crow at 4am, but it adds to the island vibe :)

The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating and the food was so spectacular we had dinner at the restaurant every night of our stay. Couldn’t recommend this oasis more.

United StatesThis is a charming property! My adult daughter and I stayed overnight here before a Moorings yacht charter and we both loved a single thing about it! Lovely reception ( in the bar area👏) complete with a glass of bubbly and a cold towel to begin erasing your travel time to get there! Our room was 134 and we paid $500 for the night which included a delicious breakfast beachside. The bed was very comfortable. Our heated toilet / bidet was a fun treat too. The bathroom was gorgeous with all the amenities. We even had a small area with frig and coffee maker and microwave

United StatesWe had a couple urgent issues that we called/texted the number given to us for help but not one answered the entire week. The rooms, restaurants, and other facilities are not designed with any accessibility in mind - it can be difficult to make your way around if you have any accessibility issues. The Sugar Mill restaurant menu is extremely rich and heavy foods with execution I would rate a 4/5.
Great location on a pristine private beach, very laid back, roomy accommodations with nice amenities and newly remodeled bathrooms. I love that you can order anything you want for the included breakfast and it's made fresh. The new lounge chairs, hammocks, and cabanas are awesome. Full bathrooms with showers and toiletries at the pool is a great touch. You can tell a lot of work is going into updating the hotel.

United StatesNO Assistance with luggage up steep hills and stairs to get to rooms. Very slow service to get lunch 38 minutes to get a margarita pizza and coconut shrimp and someone asked for a drink in a Saturday and they said they fan out of bailey's.
