Water pressure on the shower wasn’t great, bar staff on the Saturday evening were pretty cold to interact with and seemed flustered and overwhelmed when it wasn’t that busy at the bar.

Staff confusion at restaurant at dinner was unbelievable-but lovely people. Just a lack of management. Ordered lobster-20 minutes later I was told they had "just sold the last one". Made no sense-booked this property for the lobster.

We would have liked to have more than one option for meals/restaurants since we were there for 6 days. The gym needs to be upgraded and this could easily be done with a rack of dumbbells and a better quality treadmill . There is no place within walking distance to get snacks and drinks. The vending machine for drinks at the property was out of order for our entire stay.

Restaurant was ok. Food options ok, They ran out of the better options quickly. Service was slow, but I think this is common on this island. Pool bar was understocked, they quickly ran out of the most common liquor and was pricey. Charging items to the room from the pool bar was risky as anyone who heard your room number could have easily charged their own items to your room.

Beach was nice, but had a pretty strong surf. Grounds and pool was nice. Room was clean and had AC. Had to ask for towels often (3 day stay). Should have provided an option to get new towels if towels are left on the floor.

Restaurant service was not great. We had several meals and it was difficult to even get a drink. When we were seated it was 30 minutes before we received water or first drink which seems excessively long. Dinner took hours. Also there were some ants in our bathroom and those of our guests.

Location and basic accommodations were good. Property was very nice. Pool was great. Staff was polite.

Quite a few bee nests in the sand. Pretty sure it’s a seasonal thing, yet busy bees around area. Along with tiny ants in the bathroom … again, spring life coming about.

Lovely meal while overlooking the sea and sand. Staff was amazing, friendly, professional. Beautiful blooming shrubs surround the property, grounds well cared for.

The grounds. This property is on an incredible beautiful beach and it is blocked by overgrown trees, bushes and weedy grass. The sewer gasses around the 8 9 10 buildings were horrible. The food at the restaurant was just ok given there isn’t any where else to eat that was disappointing.

The room was updated and clean with a very nice clean shower. This was the 4th hotel on this trip and it was by far the best.

Broken beach sunbeds spoilt the beach ambience. Why were they just left to rot on what is a beautiful beach? Why no proper sunbeds other than the insufficient number of cabanas on the threshold of the beach? No regular beach check. We picked up litter around the trees and around the restaurant. Whilst the room we occupied had been refurbished it was poorly designed: - The door to the bathroom hit the toilet on opening. - the towel/robe hooks were too close to the large (and probably unnecessary storage unit) in the bathroom. - a couple of hooks would have been helpful on the bathroom door? - nowhere to hang damp swimming gear/ beach towels. - The lights over the bed are too bright to use as reading lights. - an electrical socket would be helpful next to the full length mirror. - Teabags were supplied but no means of heating water to make it. We had to request a kettle and the restaurant offered us some milk in a plastic cup (a proper small jug would have been nicer). - No glasses in the room for teeth rinsing or drinking. - 2 coffee pods for a 4 night stay felt a bit mean. The domestic staff were friendly and helpful. However, the same couldn’t be said about some members of the waiting staff. We felt intimidated by a couple of surly waitresses and also felt pressured to give an additional tip (on two occasions) to one particular member of staff. 15%service is, in our opinion more than enough and anything in addition should be earned and in our opinion none of the staff particularly warranted additional tips.

The staff were generally very nice and not at all rude, but they didn't seem particularly happy. A notable lack of happy faces, not sure why. The gym has very minimal equipment but is used on a solo basis. The spa is nice but next to the gym, so you can hear the gym use, which isn't ideal.

The beach is beautiful and feels very natural. The sun beds were a little dilapidated. The gym and spa both look out to the beach which is very nice.

I wish there was more shade at the pool. The loungers are very comfortable but with no umbrellas or shade, it would get pretty hot with no escape from the sun.

The garden and premises were immaculate, you can tell a lot of care attention was put into their maintenance. The beach is gorgeous and super private. Our room was spacious and clean. Service and restaurant were both great. Lovely place to wind down and relax.
