I like how it was neat

At least 1 bottle of water if the they don’t recommend drinking from tap/boiling it first if not from St Vincent

There is a restaurant right on the rooftop. The staff was superb, and I was treated like family. I was very comfortable on my one night stay. I will be coming back again.

Didnt have Breakfast but the Location is top notch, not jars to find , right off the Road like a 25 Feet away from the Main and ideal with other Bars and Shops around, everything you would need during your stay.

Didnt see anything to Complain about, Nice clean place and service, very Friendly Staff and Manger.

The location was great, right off the road so it’s easy to get a van into town. The facilities were clean and all the amenities worked well. As a bonus there is a restaurant on the roof if you are ever feeling too lazy to cook.

The secretary is the better in the world her services beyond expectation even if the room was not her service would have make up for it

Quiet and clean

Location is convenient. Reception staff and security were friendly.

Housekeeping can pay a bit more attention to details. I asked for room to be made up using the sign and it wasn’t done. Also they tends to walk on wet floor with shoes after mopping leaving dirty marks on floor. Shower head was broken and needed to be changed, water did not flow properly in shower.

Convenient location

Some of the cabinets in the kitchen need repairing . There was lack of kitchen necessities such as dishwashing liquid, sponge, colander etc.

Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive.

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

Great potential within the property. With a little more attention to detail this place can be pretty great. Loved that there was a lot of parking.

The sign at the entrance of the property is weathered and hard to see when driving by. Check in took a very long time. The iron in our room did not work. A tv in one room didn't work. The hot water heater didn't work so showers were cold. The towels didn't look very clean and there were not enough in the room for the four guests that we booked for. They did get us more though. Not enough plates in the kitchen and they were not very clean. Had to rewash everything.

Location was perfect, the bed was comfortable

The lighting in the kitchen was poor, for a room without natural light the lighting should have been brighter. The staff need to check the rooms properly the safe was locked upon arrival, there was leftover cream in the closet and food in the fridge
