Incredible setting, staff and the wider team were brilliant and made you feel right at home. There are not many hotels where the owner and the manager give you such a warm personal welcome .... Facilities were exceptional. Rima is incredible and facilitated everything superbly.

WE should have been warned that our room involved a climb of 60 steps - almost too much for guests in their 70s.

Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of goodies. The one drawback: Breakfast service was disorganized and stuff ran out. So come early!

Immaculately manicured grounds, with a wonderful variety of flowering bushes and trees. Wonderful, broad beach in front, and very comfortable beach chairs in areas shaded by palm trees. Beautiful room, with a large balcony and expensive patio furniture. The room itself was tastefully decorated, with nice art work and upmarket furniture. Quiet air conditioner that can quickly turn the room into an ice box; a big fridge with fresh milk for coffee and a big bottle of bottled water, and a full ice bucket upon arrival. Bed is large and firm. We were up high, making for quite a hike. The advantage: amazing sea views from the balcony and a nice breeze. Staff was very nice and sharp, especially the folks at the front desk.We paid $285 a night including breakfast – good value.

I would call it a "stain/smudge" hotel - the vast majority of things, especially in common areas (pillows, cushions on deckchairs, backrests), are dirty, with a lot of stains from creams, food, etc., apparently not changed or washed often , quite yuck to sit on them, the backrests in the dining room are not smooth, but strangely greasy (other people's hands, the effect of airy sea salt?). At breakfast, the staff has one cloth to wipe each table, without seeing the cloth rinsed in clean or at least semi-clean water after each wipe. When we arrived at the room, we had to wipe all the shelves in the closet ourselves, because there was dust or similar dirt on them. Although we received e-mails from several people acting on behalf of the hotel before checking in at the hotel, no one responded to our request for transportation to the hotel. At breakfast, food and drinks are not replenished in time, and some foods even run out an hour before the end. The price for accommodation is overpriced and the level of services provided by the hotel is not a five-star hotel. In my opinion, superior employees who do not instruct subordinate employees in any way to correct this or that and above all enjoy their peace in a beautiful place are failing. At breakfast there were sometimes very reluctant staff (a petite girl in glasses), sometimes I had the impression that I wasn't even a guest (reluctance to bring salt, refill coffee, etc.).

Kudos to the staff at the reception, who work well and to the chef Kareem, who is helpful and prepares especially great fish. The room was large and spacious, including a terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel is located in a beautiful location by the beach, it has a beautiful garden with a number of fruit trees.

No removal of seeweed, no interest for anything, Wd forgot somethings in the room, we got returned only something, about the other things we were told it was not there. Even sending pictures of the missing things did not bring anything, not even getting an answer, no interest at all. It were not cheap things (Hermés scarf and a dress). if you go there be careful of your things. If you came later for breakfest food was missing, under the tables cases from medicines. Be ready to go many stairs all the time to your Room.
