The breakfast was poor, only a cup of coffee and a little bowl with yoghurt and granola.

A very comfortable king size bed and a beautiful view over the La Plata. The location is particularly good, near good restaurants and the Punta Carretas Shopping Mall.

we didn’t enjoy bedroom lighting! we would prefer to have more direct light. We had trouble booking this property because according to booking.com it had breakfast and arriving there the receptionist told us there was no such thing as it was not a hotel only…

The only problem that we encountered is in the sauna/jacuzzi. It was only partly working, but not really well maintained. In jacuzzi only 1 out of 6 spots really worked, and the wet sauna was out of service while the dry one didn't have high enough temperature.

Overall the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are big and the quality of equipment is really good.

We expected the Punta Carreta neighbourhood to be a bit more lively during the day. So we went to old town a bit more often than anticipated. Which was no problem, since the taxi was easy to find and not too expensive and Opta has bikes available too.

Great location in Punta Carretas, which is a nice neighbourhood itself, with some really nice restaurants nearby. For the old town area a taxi is needed (or borrow one of the bikes at Opta Coliving. Staff was helpful. Facilities are amazing and the communal area with table tennis, board games and pool table was great to hang out. Cute little cafe with lovely coffees, treats and tea at the entrance that openend during the week. Mini market next door. Laundry area. Super complete regarding facilities. Room was spacious and clean, good beds. Really enjoyed our stay!

The front staff was a bit peculiar when asked about towels . Just a suggestion you might want to explain the guests upon check in about cleaning of the room and changing towels if the guest want these services. It was never clarified during check in , hence why I was confused when I was told about the one towel per person . The rest of the instructions about the facilities were pretty clear though. The rest of the staff was pretty cool and nice . On one occasion one of the front desk ladies kind of nodded at us wondering where we going and she stopped us in a rude manner because she didn't know we were staying there and she had not seen us before , which I completely understand but she should have approached us differently not like if we were just trying to sneak in. All in all the facilities and most of the staff were good but the customer service experience wasn't the best when we directed ourselves to the front desk staff, maybe it has been too recent since COVID . I work customer service I understand them a bit getting annoyed about the same questions over and over but some travelers come from far away to Punta Carretas. At least a Smile would have been nice . It's a suggestion it might be something cultural too.

I loved the location! Also the facilities were great and super clean . It was my first time in a Coliving environment so it was confusing. For instance I was never told that we could get the towels changed nor the room clean (when I checked in I realized that people lived there , so it was understandable that the front desk staff were a little nicer with them . However the staff at the cafe and the cleaning staff were amazing there were always sweet and nice . Also please order their carrot cake at their cafe for a sweet treat is amazing. Breakfast was included and it's worth it. Very filling ! Please know to travel with your European chargers because only two plugs in the room were regular charging ports . The bathroom was awesome too, nice bathtub. Just a Suggestion so you don't feel like you are inconvenienving the front desk staff ask upon arrival about the cleaning of the room and the changing of the towels. Gym and Sauna facilities were pretty solid too . Now communication thru Whatsapp was cool and quick the one time I used about checkout . Also there were accommodating with the check in since the room was ready so I'm grateful for that.It is an experience that is not for anyone but if you don't mind the coliving environment by all means this is a good place to stay. Great location, comfortable room, but stains on brown cover on bed and some wear and tear. Excellent spa with jacuzzi, sauna, heated pool, and massages.
