Really good staff, both Tom and Sebastián were really helpful and friendly! The room was good, everything felt fresh and clean. The breakfast was good with bread, cereals, juice and eggs made just for me. Location is also good, nice and quiet. They also offer laundry service and I got my clothes back after just a couple of hours when I handed them in at 9am. I would definitely come back here again!

The location to visit outside the old town. Nice common room. Bed is very confortable.

Very noisy in the room because of the street. And you can hear everything from the common room as well.

It had a nice kitchen and it was clean.

It was clean, cosy and had comfy and private beds with lights and sockets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Rooms are too small and too packed to each other, lockers inside the rooms are super small either you make a big noise try to put your bag in or you leave it outside which makes it prone to theft. Only 1 toilet/shower for 20-25 people and finally there is no social area (the room with the couch doesnt count its too tight unfortunately) overall nice people but bad facilities unfortunately not comfortable

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff (Sebastian).

The staff and guests smoke right in the hostel. The kitchen is small with a few plates. In the shower you have to wait a long time for the hot water to come on.

Polite staff, hostel pretty clean and new, everything was just perfect. 100% recommend it.

Location is good, but it would be so much better of there were any activities organized by the hostel staff

It felt old and there where no usb outlets

Friendly staff and relaxed vibe. We used laundry facility and this was good. WiFi, TV and AC in private room was good. Did not use kitchen facilities or pay for breakfast so cannot comment on that.

More attention required to cleaning and hygiene. For example in our private room the top of the fridge was really dirty, and a wet used towel was in the room on the fridge when we arrived. Bedsheets seemed clean but had lots of hairs in them which was very strange. There was a hole from an external door into our room which needs to be covered up (private ground floor room). Only 3 bathrooms for the whole hostel and toilets were not separate, so sometimes I had to wait a while to use the toilet if people were showering. Hairdryers cut out quickly.
