The place is beautiful. We rented the beach front bungalow and it was not as confortable as the normal rooms. It was too cold.

The staff is very kind, and the location is beautiful. The breakfast had diverse options with delicious food. The options for lunch and dinner were perfect.

We felt that our price was too high for the benefits we received. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room The only swimming pool outdoors is not heated. There were not enough covered parking spaces for all guests Access to the river beach is practically impossible, so one of the promoted attractions cannot be visited.

Very stylish property in well maintained gardens. Very sizeable room with lovely decor and great views. Amazing stars at night. Good breakfast, lovely fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order.

Casa Chic is the hotel at the centre of a planned development with a riverside restaurant and lots of building plots but very little has actually sold. It was started in 2010 - so there is an air of sadness to it. The hotel itself is very stylish but activities are pretty weather dependent. There are bikes to borrow and 2 tennis courts. The staff are charming but speak no English. I realise we should speak Spanish but they have chosen to go into tourism and English is the most common second language. We couldn’t even manage a correct egg order with all our acting and descriptions!! There are also no maps or trekking trails on offer for walks/rides around the property. Not much to do in the area except wine tastings

    Beautiful property

Built as a facility for property owners and seemed guests were secondary. Serving staff were very unfriendly. Concierge staff were helpful.
