The common areas did not appear to be top-level clean. The pool area seemed disheveled on many occasions with dirty hot-tub and used towels everywhere. The overall vibe left me feeling like it was a bit ‘dated’ or like it has definitely been ‘used’ over time. Which led to the price being bit too high in comparison.

The location was excellent. Had an ocean view and loved everything about that. The room layout and amenities were fantastic.

Food is very limited at hotel. Very expensive. They should have another option for those on a budget. Kids should not be allowed in jacuzzi. Should only be for adults.

The phones did not work and the garage would not work . They only left one toilet paper and we ran out without a phone to call it in. The beach was not good to get in . But one good thing was the pool nice and warm and family friendly.

Room offered was partial ocean view, due to sand dunes, when advertised as “ocean view”. Sofa had some unsightly stains.

Location, and proximity to the beach and walking paths, was what we were looking for.

The beach could not be used due to the toxic bloom and abundance of dead animals. My grandkids were supposed to be with me and if they had came they would have been very upset to not be able to play on the beach.

Expensive - for us, the price exceeded the value . But we were there to meetup with family; had little interest in pool, or facilities, and didn’t use them. We would have preferred location closer to cultural or historic venues. One disappointing thing was that, after checking out, my husband discovered he had left a packing cube in the room; called hotel staff later that day to report his error, was told staff would look and get back to him. But there was no follow-up by staff, even with 2 more calls by my husband.

We had a large comfortable room Perfect for those who want to hang out at resort hotel.

It’s very big, finding my way around took longer. The rooms are nice, but a little run down. The smell coming off the ocean is rough.

Charges for EVERYTHING ! Good choices at onsite restaurants Parking was too expensive and going in n out was “ a pain” using the “ arm” gate.

Parking unexpectedly expensive - it’s typically complementary in Ireland and the UK so really took us by surprise!

Staff are a bit rude. Also, one staff member gave me a wrong information about my Hilton Honors benefits that costed me $30 a day. Moreover, no room service. No good options for eating at the hotel. Internet connection very unstable. Parking insanely overpriced.

The location is awesome. Pools are nice. Super calm during the beginning of the fall.

Needs a little upkeep. Rusted gates and fencing. Stay on the second floor whenever possible, very noisy from upstairs guests. That kind of thing is common, just not for $500 a night.

Our first choice when vacationing at the beach, usually.

Landscaping in front of rooms could be improved with colorful plants and wood chips.

Comfortable room, beautiful beach, wonderful staff. The following restaurant staff were exceptional: Eliza, Letty, and Erica.
