Staff were pleasant and the location is amazing

I didn't know that Wyndham resorts do not have daily staff to clean rooms. Your room will NEVER get cleaned, not even the tub, until after you leave. That was an extremely disheartening fact that I never knew about this brand of resorts.

The location was perfect for us! Right at the pier. Fun activities were constantly going on at the pier area, and you could rent bikes just a few steps away. The view was AMAZING! There are lots of little boutique type shops in the area, and plenty of restaurants around. The staff was friendly and super accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be planning to stay again.

The staff is required to invite you to attend a time-share sales pitch. We politely declined, and everything else about the experience was wonderful!

    Location near beach and restaurants.

No bar or restaurant attached/inside the resort.

The hotel is right beside the pier and the beach, so the view is nice, and very accessible when we spent a day at the beach. It was clean and the facilities available are as what you expect in a resort hotel.

The parking is $40 a night which feels like robbery. The check-in time is very late at 4pm and the check-out time is too early at 10am (Do you really need 6 hours to prep a room?), and they don’t even accommodate some time allowance for family with kids.

Everything you need is nearby. Restaurants, beach, shopping.

A/C was a bit loud. Took awhile to fall asleep.

The bathroom was big and had a nice big clean tub.

They don't tell you parking is 40 dollars a day. I stayed for 3 days and had to pay an extra 120 dollars. It was nowhere listed on their website. And they try to sell you so many things when you get there. It's just not worth it honestly

Resort was directly across from the pier. One step, and you're on the beach. Resort is walking distance to anything you need! We parked the car on day one and didn't move it until check-out.

Location, and our unit was spacious. I like the ability to cook meals since we have a lot of food sensitivities

The ceiling fan didn’t work properly and had to be fixed. The tv was hung crooked and phone not plugged in. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between employees, mostly timeshare related. We hated the view we were given. We were over the parking valet and it was impossible to enjoy being outside. We attended a timeshare presentation and the free parking voucher we were promised was very difficult to actually secure and took a lot of extra time and effort.

    Beach front location

The people trying to get you to sign up right away. If they would give people time to go to their room after the 90 minutes presentation and look over their finances it be a rush decision.

Perfect pool deck and jacuzzi, awesome sauna, immaculate room very comfortable, nice amenities including a Blu-ray DVD player. Perfect location. The valet staff were outstanding, and helped me with everything I needed.

The front desk or guest services team had several employees who didn't know anything at all about the area, including where to park, where to get gas, the hours of the restaurant that's on the hotel property they also became angry when I told them I was quite surprised they didn't know any of these things. One even called a security guard on me because she was very mad that I told her she should know the hours of the restaurant on the property. The parking is expensive but there's great alternate parking nearby even though two or three members of that staff is not only unaware of this but actually stated that it's illegal to park overnight anywhere in Oceanside which is absurd. The floor was wet not sure why in my room maybe the carpet was cleaned. Made service never came during my two night stay. The phone has a lot of buttons for maid service and maintenance and guest services but they don't actually work you just have to press zero and you just get that same guest services team. My deposit hasn't been returned yet and it's been 24 hours so now I have to call that same guest services team to find out why and I'm actually afraid to call them and ask them any questions. There's no way to get simple things like Band-Aids or sugar-free carbonated water and I never did find out what the restaurant on the property offers. There's a deck at the top of the hotel but other guests told me it's just an enclosed room with a view but not patio rooftop deck which is how it was described. Loved everything else.

    Location that's it..

Where do I start. I don't like that my room wasn't service every single day. Old wet towels in the room that's very unprofessional. This hotel was supposed to be held to a high standard.... I didn't see it. False advertisement with the time shares very annoying and unprofessional.

The suites were very good, comfortable and clean.

We didn’t appreciate being pressed to buy a timeshare through an offer of free nights on check in.

The staff were very rude, when I denied wanting to do an hour long video they gave me attitude and treated me differently. I was then harrassed and called like 10 times. I felt harrassed and treated terrible. The water on property was shut off for 30 mins!! Toilet, shower, sink, everything. Terrible experience. Because I was in the shower with shampoo on my hair when it happened!! Also the elevator shut on me really hard !! I should’ve sued

Rude staff, (front desk people) Not having access to water, with no heads up There’s more parking for people eating then people paying to stay there The elevator almost killed me and a sweet old man!
