Excellent facilities - nice mix of hip and family friendly. Staff were polite and friendly although somewhat overwhelmed with it being a July 4th weekend so they did their best in the restaurant and bar.

People smoking pot on their patios and balconies. Why do I have to smell that garbage? And one staff member told us that she was three hours late for work. She also mentioned that they worked really hard for Christmas holiday crowds…guess what I work hard too. Im on vacation so zip your lip. Thanks.

Lovely Hotel in Upstate NY. 5 minute ride to Windham Mountain. Love the oaky vibe in the rooms. The bedding is not my taste but its still pretty new and in nice shape. The mattress was super comfortable and of great quality. Orange bed frame in 10 years will look tacky (just thinking long term). Staff at concierge desk were great. Very helpful and full of advice. Bar, restaurant and Bakery were lovely. The fire pits were fun. Looking forward to come back in warm weather with our awesome Harry the pup.

TV was difficult to work, basically we couldn’t use it. We wish somebody would accompanied us to the room to show us around so we knew where everything was. We wish there was a closet in the room.

The property was beautiful and the staff excellent. We had exception weather and there was plenty to do. We enjoyed the heated pool, fire pits, bike riding, and played pool. A nice restaurant on the property had live music Saturday night, and there were also several good local restaurants nearby.

Great rooms, pool, friendly staff. I loved the bike for free, we did a wonderful trip in windham path. Lovely. The bakery in the morning is amazing. Great coffee and pastries.

The restaurant’s food was bland. Especially the pasta, not very flavorful. The weather was really cold for August. I expected the pool to be warmer but the water was so cold even thought the staff said it was 85 degrees. It didn’t feel like it.

The property was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable.. Jennifer at the front desk was superb. Excellent customer service, she was extremely responsive. She made our stay very pleasant!

When we arrived there were 2 spiders in the bed and a bunch of like moths and flies in the room. We elected to stay in the room bc our stuff was unpacked and it was late/ clearly they were under staffed and doing their best to accommodate a busy holiday weekend. unfortunately on the second night there was another even bigger spider in the bed. We were staying in one of the older buildings so maybe some of the newer ones are better but i would just say be prepared for bugs!

Pool is nice to have and the price we paid for a last minute booking for 4th of July weekend was good. They have activities that seemed really great for families.

The room we stayed at in the Spruce on third floor had the worst WiFi, which meant streaming on the TV and working from the room were impossible. Also, the water didn’t run clear no matter how long we let it go. The bar was swamped during the holiday weekend but also revealed inefficiencies by the bartender (took 15 minutes to get 2 waters).

Facilities were great! Felt so relaxed and easy to be in the moment. The room was lofty and comfortable, with a beautiful clean tub in the bathroom plus extra seating area and desk. There were 2 AC units, which was nice because it was the top floor and covered so much space.

The TV was a little hard, you have to stream media through a comcast app, no regular local channels. No room service,need longer restaurant hours.

Wylder is a beautiful resort with an exceptionally helpful staff. Babbler’s restaurant is very good, would have been nice if they had longer hours and the bakery was open on Monday. We enjoyed our stay at Wylder. Loved the wood burning sauna!!

The food was stupid expensive. $5 for a cup of coffee? $25 for a burger? Come on. We chose to eat elsewhere. A towel bar near the bathroom sink would have been nice.

No coffee either in the room or at reception in the morning. The hotel restaurant Babblers is extremely poor quality and value for the price.

Check-in was supposed to be 3pm but we had to wait about 1.5 hours more as the room was not ready. They were supposed to call me when it is ready but didn’t give me a call. I had to check back a couple times and they finally said “oh your room is ready.” Staff could be kinder. Wish they provided slippers considering its hard wood floor gets quickly messy from snow/mud footprints.
