How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewPretty large room, lot of space to store our stuff and well equipped (especially good AC). Calm and secured building. Large parking space, secured bike rack and services on site (laundry, fitness) are appreciated. Lot of outlet well positioned, and good lighting.
Weird smell in the overall building and in the rooms, the towels smelled weird as well (like vinegar). The kitchen is good but no silverware, no cups, no plates, and basically nothing to be able to use it (except for the supplementary "kitchen kit"). No toilet brush is bad, especially for rooms without a daily cleaning service. Bedsheets felt like plastic but are functional.

Verified reviewRoom was clean, kitchen was nice, overall the building was nice. Grounds were in good shape, maybe a little bit overgrown, but cared for none the less.
Arrived after desk hours and the kiosk was down. There ended up being an employee a the desk and someone trying to get kiosk going. Got checked in and got keys to room 425. Used the key to open the door by the lobby and worked fine. Keys would not worked on the room door. Went back to desk and thankfully kiosk was not working still and the guy was still there. Although he was nice, I thought he was acting like we were idiots, so he gave us a new set of keys and wanted to make sure we knew hot to use them. I said there may be something wrong with them because I heard a beeping noise. He told me that was their air fresheners in the hallway because they were out of them. Take out the batteries so we don't have to listen to them all night long.... He went up with us to the room and could not get them to work either. He had a key that let us in. He said that he was going to send someone up with a scanner to try and address the lock issues. He told us basically someone had to stay in the room at any given time to let the other one in. Ridiculous. Nobody ever showed up to fix it so it just was what it was. He said if we were locked out we could call 500 from the phone by the desk but he said it would take a while for someone to get us in. That just left a bad taste on this place, so when you add the weed smelling elevators and constant beeping heard in the rooms all night long, I really just want my money back honestly. I saw multiple people trying to use the kiosk to check in or check out, and it was not working the entire stay, so I just wished those people luck and told them to call someone on the phone.

Verified reviewThe staff were very accommodating and helpful when we had a small issue with the lock on the door. Not only did they come right away to fix the issue, they were very professional and very nice. Overall liked the room, very roomy, comfortable and clean. Pet friendly property which also was great to have since we are traveling with our two pups.

Verified reviewThe building is almost new, so everything works as advertised.
You can only pay for your room a week at a time even though they except 2, 3 or more weeks booking through booking.com. Would be nice to just pay at once, be done with it considering I worked nights while there and they on staff the front desk from 8am to 3pm on the weekdays and 9am to 4pm on the weekends.

Verified reviewI travel a lot for work and this was by far the worse ever experience I've had in my life with a hotel. I didn't have a remote control for the TV and ended up going to Walmart to purchase a universal one. My room didn't have a shower curtain when I arrived. I went to the front desk to ask for one and was told I could only exchange for a new one but I wasn't one in my room from the beginning. Also within in 3 days my room key was c hanged 14 times. Every time I left the room, and returned I would be locked out. No one Is physically at this property after 5pm, and I often waited hours to get someone to answer the after hours kiosk. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the managers arrive at 5pm. 5pm is actually the time that the lobby closes, and you cant get help until 10am the following day. I found out this person was the manager by asking another employee the process for contacting the manager. She informed me the guy that told me to come back at 5pm, knowing they would be closed was in fact the manager. I asked him again for help with the issues I was having and why would he lie to me, knowing I was staying here for work and definitely needed to shower, and he just started screaming at me. I contacted the corporate office after this because he basically forced me to stay here, without the simple things that I had paid for and started bullying me for saying anything about it. Booking.com finally was involved and a full refund issued to me after they confirmed these things were in fact true. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. If you decide to stay here, you've been warned and hopefully your stay is alot better than mine.
Nothing at all. I ended up locked out of my room more than I actually was in it. I spent most of my time while I was at this location and off work looking for someone to let me in my room. I would dial 500 from the phone for after hours and end up waiting hours most of the time for a response . Luckily the key would let me into the lobby so I didn't have to wait outside, but this made me late for work twice after going outside to have a cigarette and returning to my key no longer working.

Verified reviewI was unaware it was an extended stay type hotel. I felt unsafe immediately after coming through the entry doors, to a front desk with a pull down gate, then once I got my key I had to go through another locked door. Once I was in my room all I could smell was weed and felt immediately sick. Couldn’t bring myself to key back down because the front desk was closed. Booking.com tried to reach the property for a refund since I was in the room maybe 20 minutes tops, and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It was awful. When I went back to bring my keys back a few days later I was told the manager is only there one day a week so maybe the next day they were in they’d talk to booking.com.

The check-in process is abysmal. They close the front desk at 4pm. The only way to check-in is to use an electronic kiosk staffed by a remote worker from across the world. The remote worker was not available, and would be unavailable for 10-15 minutes between serving the next person in line. There were about 8 people waiting, and there was a 10 minute gap between each person getting attended to.

Verified reviewThere wasn't breakfast the staff was so rude. They accused us of being loud when it was our neighbors and then they told us to leave, after we paid for a few days upfront, said they would refund us if we quietly left so we cleaned the room and left. Then they didn't refund us a dime, accused us of leaving stuff in the room, when I have picture proof of the way I left the room, still kept our money. This hotels staff are keeping good folks money. They are liars. Don't rent here

Wish there were a few basic supplies in the kitchenette (paper towels, small dish soap, disposable cutlery); the bathroom could use hand towels. Since I last stayed here, a sensor light was switched for a regular light in the bathroom which is jarring when you get up in the night to use the bathroom. Perhaps they can add a dimmer?
