Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesI thought the walls were a little thin, and it was noisy past what I thought to be quiet time at 11pm.. The people upstairs above my room were extremely loud, and I called the front desk to notify them. The desk said they would contact the room, but the loud noise continued for another 30 minutes or so. I could also hear much more noise from adjoining rooms compared to other hotels also. Please note the door requires an extra push to make sure it's shut. I didn't notice it when venturing out for the day or night. I noticed it in the morning when getting breakfast one of the days, but that could be trying not to disturb other guests.
I did like the proximity to the Falls and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I also liked the amenities in the room with the table and the desk. The lighting was good, and the curtains were dark enough to block out the light from the outside. The breakfast was pretty good also and I appreciate the fresh and hot pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, and sausage. I like the hours of the breakfast from 7-10 am. The bed was comfy and the pillows were soft and fluffy. The staff was attentive. I appreciate the option of late checkout. I also like the options of Moe's Southwest Grill and Amala nearby. I would recommend Amala it is delicious, hearty and filling.

United KingdomThe bathroom was not the cleanest, I would have loved to take a bath but the bathtub was very dirty. The walls are very thin, we stayed on the 2nd floor and we heard footsteps from above, and people from outside the corridor.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Casino, many restaurants, souvenir shops and the Niagara falls. The room was nice and big, bed was super comfortable.

United StatesThe hotel needs some TLC… doors don’t close well, the elevator and ice machine were not working…the dresser in my room needed replaced… the stairwell needed cleaned and painted. I paid before my stay and was also charged when I checked in. I’m assured this will “work out” and am keeping an eye on my credit card charges. In today’s computer world, this is not acceptable.
The location was perfect. I did not have a car and could walk to all the places nearby. I know the Discover Niagara free bus stopped nearby but didn’t have time to do this. The staff was so nice.. I chatted with the breakfast personnel, housekeepers and front desk staff. They are the “diamonds” at this mediocre hotel.

United StatesThe room we had had some issues. The drawers kept opening up- all of them. And the room key kept not working, had to go to the front desk multiple times to fix it.
Love the location, close proximity to everything in Niagara Falls, including the border. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Always pleasant when we stay here.
