It was perhaps as clean as they were able to make it, but it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower rod was barely held on. The elevator was missing buttons. The mattress and carpet had large stains on them. The ceiling had interesting stains too. The television images came in pixelated. I couldn’t wait to leave and will most definitely not return.

The shower mechanism in the bathtub did not fully operate due to age, so I did not get to take a good shower. It needs to be updated. The water only partially moved up to the shower head while the rest continued to run in the tub, so the shower was too hot. The ironing board was broken so I could not iron my fiance's shirt and we couldn't call from the room phone for another one because the phone was not working. It was labeled room 211 and we were in room 217

The hotel and room was clean. I felt safe walking to Red Lobster for dinner right behind the hotel and I enjoyed the close proximity to the highway.

My first room had a hole in the wall, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were two crosses on the head board of the bed. It seems like the crosses were done in some sort of wax

The owners were rude, no one notified anyone that the pool was not in operation, so people were showing up ready to check in and learned this information. It was a busy weekend so really hard to rebook.

I had dirty sheets I had to ask for new ones I was told you will get them in the morning Mornings came I asked again I was told they would send them up nope I went to Walmart and got my own sheets Breakfast we was told we can’t leave the area with food the old lady didn’t let me make own waffle I was turned off and threw it away They had a problem with me getting ice in they was pissing me off never again would I go there you was being watched the whole time Only one elevator work so dangerous and the button was broke No hot water no warning I left after that

One ‘key card’ worked; one did not. Guest can not control temperature if room: it was either stifling hot or frigid. Bathrooms are small cramped and lack water pressure. Lighting in room is uneven and haphazard. Elevator operations, stairways and other parts of facility were described as’ under renovation’

The staff and their treatment of customers was excellent . They were kind, accommodating and helpful. As the facility, structure and infrastructure, is falling apart around them and your customers, they maintain a sense of welcome and a cheerful ‘we can make this work’ attitude.

Saw a few cockroaches downstairs just hugely on the wall.. it was a bit nasty. Otherwise, everything was fine. Few red stains on the carpets but nothing major. Vent in the bathroom made a lot of noise and the cards disabled easily but otherwise an okay stay.
