You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewThe location of the property is great, it’s near the highway and lots of food and shopping close by.
I checked in at 4:07pm on 8/23 was assigned a room and went to check the room. The hallway had a disgusting smell that lingered into the room. When I got inside the room the water pressure was so low the water just dribbled out of the shower head. The phone inside the room did not work at all so I immediately went back to the front desk to inform them , on the way downstairs I noticed roaches crawling on the wall in the hallway. I got to the front desk and informed them, I would not like to stay and would like them to cancel and issue a refund. I was told no problem he took my keys and informed me to contact booking.com to let them know as well. I did everything I was asked to do and I was told that I would be canceled and get a full refund. I noticed the charge on my credit card had went through the next morning. I went back to the hotel to speak with management, they were polite and assured me it would be resolved by Monday morning when the manager arrived. Monday came and went, I called Tuesday morning and spoke with the front desk again. This time for them to hang up in my face and refuse to answer the phone for the next few hours. I just want them to do the right thing and refund me since I did not stay.

The rooms were disgusting . I had to have my room changed 3 times because of the lack of care to the rooms. The first room smelled like hot urine, the bathroom was disgusting and the walls were holy and scratched up. The 2nd room reeked of smoke and it’s a smoke free facility on top of the fact that it had a connecting room door that looked like somebody tried to break it down at 1 point and the 3rd room had holes in the walls and the tissue holder in the bathroom wasn’t even on it but it was the best out of all 3 rooms. Oh and don’t asked house keeping for anything, my room needed tissue and I was on the 3rd floor and she tried making me go downstairs to get it from the front desk. Useless. You couldn’t take breakfast out of the small room the have it in but it was decent breakfast .

It was perhaps as clean as they were able to make it, but it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower rod was barely held on. The elevator was missing buttons. The mattress and carpet had large stains on them. The ceiling had interesting stains too. The television images came in pixelated. I couldn’t wait to leave and will most definitely not return.

I’m not one to do reviews but this property, has me so mad. The property is nasty, when you walk in there is a smell of mist that seems to be trying to be covered up by cleaning supplies, the bathroom for the lobby was out of order, the elevators were dirty. I had got my room and the curtains had stains on them, the mattress under the sheets had stains on them. I couldn’t take a shower because the shower head was so close to the ceiling that it wouldn’t sit up to spray out further. I had a piece of gum with a bug on it..I’m not sure if it was a bedbug or what. When I first told my grievance about the shower the front desk lady told me that I have to go through booking to get a refund and that they can’t switch my room because they were completely booked. When I came back with the next set of complaints she called the mgr and they switched my room, which is still dirty but better than the previous room. I am waiting for a refund for my night here. Nobody should have to pay more than 100 dollars for their rooms to be unkept. I would recommend nobody stay here at all, and everytime I went downstairs someone was complaining about something. Do not waste your time and money. If I could upload the videos I would.

Verified reviewThe new owners of the property we’re not only kind and gracious they were there if we ever needed anything at any time this was our fifth time in five years staying at the facility and Wethersfield Connecticut. We will do it again in a heartbeat. The breakfast bar is outstanding. The rooms are more than just a good value. This is a wonderful place for the price. You’ll never go wrong.
