Absolutely beautiful property! We will stay again when In Florida!!

Nothing really.

The house is beautiful, really well equipped and in a great location. Checking in was very easy and communication in advance was quick and clear. The area is great for a family to explore the east coast and there is lots to do in the area. Beautiful sunrise location.

There was beach renovation taking place as we arrived (13 April 2025). For 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, there was noisy machinery and almost constant beeping until gone midnight and restarting at 6.30am. We also did not have easy access to the beach for our last day - something that the listing sells the property on and one of the key reasons we booked this house for our family. We appreciate there is nothing the owners could do about the works on the beach but I would have expected advance notice that this was taking place. When I contacted the management company they said they would get back in touch about this but I have yet to hear back from them. This is not a cheap property and the disturbance was considerable, going on until late into the night and restarting a few hours later (gone 2am one night). It's a real shame because this is a beautiful property but the disturbance ruined the end of a very special holiday.

Location, views, beach access was second to none. House was clean and had plenty of room. Two washers/dryers very convenient. Chairs, games, towels made beach time fun & easy. Marie was very responsive during our stay.

A third bathroom would be the perfect addition..and mattresses a little too soft but a small inconvenience at most

Stunning location with great views , the perfect place to relax for a few days after a hectic holiday in Disney and cruising. Thoughtfully filled with every kind of extra you could need from salad bowls and serving plates to surf boards and beach chairs . Literally a home from home

Nothing , our stay was great

This is an absolutely stunning house, in a beautiful seafront location - the beach is just over a couple of sand dunes at the bottom of the yard. We had a lot of fun playing by the sea, eating in the private "Tiki bar", and enjoying the sunrise through the master bedroom window.

Such a wonderful place -it was very hard to leave!

Location was perfect, the home was extremely well appointed. Stunning views is an ideal description of the setting. Would definitely recommend this home and wish we could have stayed for longer.

This property was well maintained and comfortable. The location on the beach was great with family and friends.

Direct beach access, beautiful sunrise view. Everything that you need is in this house. We enjoy our Stay.

Everything! Cleanliness, everything you can think of is available to you from beach chairs to toiletries. Perfect location, tiki bar, large dining area, kitchen

Can't think of anything

The home is beautifully decorated and the views of the ocean are spectacular! The kitchen is large and had everything we needed…including three different coffee machines. My granddaughter loved all of the games in the tv room and all of the beach toys and boogie boards in the garage….she was in heaven, as we all were!

A beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house was very clean and well equipped which made for a wonderful stay.

The property was excellent Extremely clean, tons of supplies, kitchen had every appliance, condiments,coffee, etc games, outdoor entertainment , wonderfully decorated AND super location So relaxing, especially prior to our daughter’s wedding down the street at The Tides

The rope railing was pretty but difficult for handicapped It would be helpful to add a wooden rail in addition (possibly an oar design to add to your decor) Also, addition of handicap bars in at least one shower & toilet If you add a tea kettle or Pyrex measuring cup in kitchen for boiling water- that would be perfect We brought items along to use but you had the property so well supplied that we didn’t need to bring ours!!😎🌴

Beautiful property with everything you need. Location is amazing. All the furniture was comfortable and pictures were very accurate. Right on the beach, we loved sitting outside in the tiki bar. Fit our family of 8 perfectly!

We could have used a half bath more with 8 people but we knew it was only a 2 bathroom property when we booked.

We enjoyed this home and didn't want to leave! the house had everything you needed for a vacation! everything was very clean! We want to come back :) We had an unforgettable weekend in this house)))
