Room was dirty, roaches crawling around, door had no lock, tub was dirty, stains on the bed/blanket, no curtain for the windows, smelled like cigarettes and weed, staff were rude.

Staff. Terrible. Long 10 hour drive and turned down access to a room I already bought because it’s 2 hours after midnight.

Property did not let me check in to my room after traveling 10 hours on the road. And took my money with no refund after being turned down at front desk for arriving at 2am. When reservation was made and prepaid.

Some kind of alarm kept going off which disturbed me several times. One time there was a car right outside my window that the horn was blowing constantly for about 30 minutes. I went outside to see if the room number was on the tag, but no tag. The driver was passed out on the steering wheel, so I beat on the windows for 10 minutes until he finally woke up. If the room has a cooktop there should be cookware available, but there was not. I went and purchased a skillet to cook with but when I turned on the burners they were smoking like crazy. The bed was very uncomfortable and small. I'm 6'5" and my feet hung off the end, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. There was no coffee pot in the room and none was available anywhere on site. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I'll never stay at one of these places again. As much stupid stuff I has to deal with a refund would be nice, even if it's just a partial refund. It wasn't worth $20 a night, much less $100. VERY UNHAPPY

I still got charged for the room. in the process of trying to get a refund, they don't answer the phone.

I didn't like anything. upon arrival they told me that they didn't have a room for me. that the room i booked was unavailable and they turned me away.

Everything has been pleasant!

Sabrina at the front desk goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home for the minute you arrive. No noise at night (and I get up at 4:30am, I’m in bed early) is also a big plus. I’ve been travelling for work through the state of Colorado for the past seven months, and I just got home to Arizona, and I’m staying here temporarily until October 1 move in date at my condo. Of all of the Airbnb and Extended stay hotels that I stayed at through the last seven months, this is by far the most excellent. Also, the location is good. There is a little Caesars and a Pizza Hut. There’s a grocery store right there on the corner, everything you need is right here. And my company is based downtown Phoenix, so I am only about 15 minutes from my office. It has been an excellent experience. I am beyond surprised and astounded at how excellent my stay here has been.

As you know, the place was infested with roaches, the room smelled of hard drugs being cooked in it or smoked prior to my visit, and I have evidence of all of this.

I drove 6hrs from California to Phoenix Arizona an The hotels location is good staff very nice. But the elevator was nasty with trash wall very dirty hallway was dark small an low sillings. Omg the first room was small bed was lumpy with bad bumps tv was dark blinds was very hard to close. The second room was ok but had roaches I have the videos went ro tell the staff but the window was closed I would never stay her again until it's renovated..

It was terrible experience! I will never use booking.com ever again, they said you guys overbooked them, i was really tired from driving then they saod they are sold outbecaise you overbooked it!

The fire alarm went off twice while we were there. The lady said it was a false alarm, and everything was okay. It went off again. I smelt smoke, too. So I decided to get my kids and leave. So I didn't get much sleep due to that. Also the room wasn't clean it was dirty. There was no one at the front desk to tell. They didn't give me a number to call the front desk as well. The shower leaked too after using it and then stopped. My son couldn't even use the TV remote to watch TV because it wasn't programmed to the TV. The lady at the front desk said that only the maintenance guy could do it.

Not much to say. Except the lady made sure a room was ready for my children and I. It was dirty though

How they treat loyal customers and being harassed through the whole stay and being pushed out at 11am before check that was at 1pm refusing to see a loyal customer for payment to the point of being stressed out rather than enjoying the stay because of on line payment forgetting to send confirmation of payment online right away and that getting refused cash payment and forcing late fees because having to walk all the way to put money on card just because property said no cash payment after seeing another customer pay in cash

Maybe wipe down the wall once in a while. The elevator could really use a cleaning.

The rooms are small & cozy. Surprisingly this place replaces the shower curtains. For what you pay, you can't expect the cleanest of rooms but I just had to mention the new shower curtain.
