The staff was super nice, the hotel was primarily located. It was clean and the croissants served at breakfast were light, airy and buttery.

Our room was facing the walls of next door hotel (which was also painted in a really dark blue tone), hence making the room completely dark :-( really basic room, basic breakfast, but also very competitive room price for the location.

Breakfast is minimal and the hotel lacks a breakfast room, so you really just grab a yogurt and take it back to your room. Soundproofing on the windows and doors is poor. You can hear everything that happens in the hall.

Breakfast was a couple of pastries/yoghurt, which was very disappointing. The walls are thin - over the weekend it was impossible to sleep due to the loud music in the area which went on beyond midnight. They charged a $1.50 per day 'convenience' fee to use the safe (can be reversed upon checkout). The air conditioner didn't work very well

The staff at this hotel were INCREDIBLE. So helpful, so friendly. They saved my review from being a lower score. Bed was big and comfortable. Great location

The room is tiny! It has a large gap underneath the door where light gets in. The walls are paper-thin so you can hear everything. We were woken up at 3 am because the police were trying to remove another guest! We never received the wifi code if there was one. There was only a bar of soap and lotion as the amenities. The room smelled strongly of coffee every morning. I assume from the breakfast on the ground floor but we were on the 4th floor! The aroma would wake me up because it was such a strong overwhelming scent. Breakfast is nothing fancy.

Staff was very friendly. The location is right in Little Italy. Easy to get an Uber, quickly. The farmer's market is right outside the door! They held our luggage with no problem. Right near the live music.

The parking was a bit far from the hotel and is $25 a night.

The room was pretty big, There were multiple mirrors with good lighting, the shower and bed were good and I like that there was a little fridge in the room. The location was perfect!

Our room was facing an alley way and it meant the room was completely dark making it impossible to know what time of day it was i think you should be given the option to choose another kind of room i wouldn't even mind paying more and having the darker back rooms at a cheaper rate
