I didn't like the fact that the front desk clerk booked me in a queen suite instead of the king suite I reserved online without letting me know of the change. My husband's feet were hanging off the bed every night. Also, the suite was not as advertised on the website... it was much much smaller.

Smoking near the entrance of the hotel. Laundry machines access , hotel had no quarters, which they apologetic about. Maybe in the future to use room key and have it billed . Need more attention with cleaning the hotel rooms bathroom,.

The location was a plus . Kitchen was also a nice touch especially if you’re nota microwave fan. Having a cleaned /fully operating kitchen helps with feeling more comfortable..

Breakfast. It was strange. The eggs that were in the warmer were kind of like an omelet in a bag. The bags were soaked and the eggs in a bag were floating in the water. Pretty gross. Not impressed, was expecting a little bit more care with the breakfast. And it took a very long time for the incidentals to return back to my card. I had to call several times.

They had a gate for the parking lot, but they never used it. The side door near the swimming pool didn't lock even after dark. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Put out with don't care attitude. The room was a bit on the small side for a four day stay. For the price the overall experience missed the mark. Lastly, they are so close to joint Base Andrews they should fly a US flag that is not ripped.

The location was great for our needs. We chose the hotel for that reason.

The breakfast area was poorly stocked, the property seems to attract families with many children who run loose and are very noisy.

There was no safe in the room and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The cooked breakfast was mediocre but there were supplies of basic things like yogurt, oatmeal and oatmeal toppings. I was surprised that the toilet paper in the bathroom was half used and hadn’t been replaced with a fresh one.

The property was clean and well -maintained and my room was comfortable with good kitchen supplies. The hotel is in a good location, that appears to be very safe.

I booked a room with two beds and only had a king bed. I was not informed that this particular hotel only have king beds with a pull out sofa which was not in my room only a chair. The problem could not be resolved because the hotel was booked up. I think your customer service department needs to notify guest that all your rooms have king beds only. That was my biggest problem, was not satisfied with that at all

Steve Simpson was the greatest. He really made our stay great along with the other staff. With the hotel being all booked Steve greeted everyone by name which was very impressive to me.

It served the purpose of my visit to the area. It felt safe. Breakfast was good and the staff were very customer friendly.

I’ve stayed here several times in the last 6 years and I’ve found the overall quality has decreased in that time period. I would imagine finding people who want to work is difficult since Covid. The carpets throughout need a good cleaning, common area walls need a wipe down. The hot tube is still broken. The once plentiful breakfast was lacking in variety- and the typically hot items - eggs, meat (if there), mini-quiche were cold and bacon is see through. Coffee pots constantly empty in the breakfast room and reception area.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The bed pillows need to be updated. The bed itself was comfortable. The ice machine (only 1 in the building) was not working and the whirlpool was out of order. The Booking.com price was too pricey for the stay.

This was a good location for the purpose. The size of the room was good. Having the mini-kitchen area and refrigerator was a bonus.
