Our rooms AC was not working. The pool area was not clean and well kept.

Conditioner was empty in the shower (really not a big deal I'm sure if I'd asked the front desk it would have been taken care of)

Love that I had 2 stove burners and a decent sized fridge. Beds are comfortable. Love that I can sign into my Netflix on the TV. Pool and hot tub were good temp and clean

The breakfast area was too small. There were a lot of people eating and not much room to sit and the area where you pickup the food was way too small.

The room was amazing. We didn't use the dishes and silverware but it was nice to know it was there if we needed it. I've never seen a hotel room with a dishwasher.

We were excited about getting to swim in the pool while there but the water and the entire room was much colder than we expected it to be and it was difficult to enjoy swimming while shivering and the hot tub out of service. I do wish there was a bathroom to use in the pool room instead of having to walk down the hall and across the front lobby where an employee was mopping the floor to use one.

I liked all the amenities within the room. I was surprised to see such a large fridge in the kitchenette that I went through all the cabinets and loved that you could practically live there if need be. The front desk associate the night we checked in and the day we checked out were very pleasant, friendly and helpful!

I didn't find any soap to hand-wash the dishes, so I didn't waste water washing the few dishes we had used. There should have been instructions given on how to log into the internet when I checked in or there should have been directions on how to do so in the room instead of having to go back down to the check-in to find out how to log in.

I was very surprised about the great accommodations for the price we paid.

the breakfast that was to come w/the room rate turns out they don't wanna bring food in very often and food was mostly gone. Didn't taste free. Room was called a king suite, it was not a suite, it was king bed w/a sofa bed in the same room. I was expecting to have the bed in a different room or at least have a door. Hotel needs a deep clean Will not stay here again

Requested a double queen room, but the floor was wet due to the a/c malfunctioning. The a/c had been repaired, but the face plate was hanging off it. Had to change rooms to a king suite. The mattress on the pull out couch was ripped and stained. So family of 5 all slept in the one king bed. Breakfast was mediocre.

The young lady at the front desk tried to charge me $20.00, extra telling me my card didn't go through. I looked at my credit card account. The payment did go through, I booked through a 3rd party. The young man credited my account back and apologized. The room also had a strange smell in it, I was very upset about that as well.

The room was very clean, it was a nice size.
