Beds were not very comfortable and thin walls. We could hear our neighbors most of the night.

I loved everything about the place and don’t have anything to recommend!

The property is very well maintained. Everything is clean and kept in good shape, nothing broken or run down. It’s very family friendly. The staff is very present and friendly. The owner, Paul, is very visible often walking around checking in on guests and straightening things up. He is extremely nice and takes the time to answer your questions. They have really helpful info and brochures in the front office. The beach area by the lake is nice and super safe for kids to swim in the water. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards for a few bucks ($20/ hour for kayak). The staff working down by the beach comes around often with ice pops for the kids. It’s really clean and lots of chairs for guests to use. It’s a steep hill down to the beach but they have a lot of golf carts and the guys working are always around to offer a ride up or down the hill. The pool area is great, lots of chairs and tables to use with umbrellas. The pool was always clean and was heated so warmer than the lake. Lots of picnic tables in that area as well to eat lunch/dinner at. They have these great fire pits with adirondack chairs. I think there was at least 8 around the pool area so we never had to wait to use one. The room we stayed in was large (hotel, not cabin). We had 2 adults and 3 small children and the room never felt cramped. They have a mini fridge and microwave so you can bring in your own food/snacks. The room was well maintained and everything was really, really clean. They have a playground for kids which came in handy for us with small kids. We didn’t use but they had pickleball courts and a small turf soccer field along with a basketball court. Again, everything was in really good shape, nothing broken. The gym was small but had a very exercise machines and a set of weights. And a large game room was that well stocked and organized. They also have onsite laundry room, we didn’t use but looked like it had multiple machines and a change machine for coins.

I really wish there was blackout curtains. There was a light on outside our room all night shining in the windows.

We loved the size of the room, the grounds were awesome for the kids - so much to do!

We stayed in a family suite - I wish there was at least a one or two burner stove top. Also wish there was at least one movie channel.

Loved the location! Loved the room decor, and mattress! Loved the amenities! Loved the deli! Love the accessibility to the trolley! Thank you so much Paul, Samantha, Spencer and the other staff for all your help and patience and friendly care.

I would have preferred a room in a more quiet area. Our room was pool front, by the stairs and on the road side. Too much traffic and noise in front of our room door.

Lake front was gorgeous and very relaxing.

The resort was amazing! You didn't need to leave to have a good time. All of the amenities keep the kids busy while the parents could relax. Plus having a deli in walking distance was ideal.

The walk down and back up from the beach. Would have been nice to have the firewood at the hotel.

the location was great, easy to get to lake george or bolton's landing. staff was wonderful and very helpful. the lake area was beautiful and my kids had a blast. we loved renting the kayaks too. we had connecting rooms, as I have 4 kids. we will definitely be back!
