Beautiful and lush little resort with 3 hot springs pools and infrared + dry sauna. Perfect for unwinding from the hecticness of daily life! I was also blown away that they left a bottle of chilled white wine in the room for my birthday (I mentioned it on phone when I called the property with a question) which i completely didn't expect. I liked everything about this Spa. There is nothing I did not like. If you are looking for a spa with a restaurant...this is not the site...although there are coffee and breakfast items. The treatments were a wee bit pricey...but that is ok. The service is excellent.

The resort was quiet with a whisper and no loud cell phone talking policies. The room was right off the pools and open 24/7 so one could take a dip at midnight...as I did. Extremely accommodating staff. Great value in July and August.

There was a section garden with a very great pool, the hot water pools were indoor and hungry amazing. There were many lady workers in a tropical garden and a corner from heaven. The room was large and spacious. 😊

I wish the owners would not have put a big political sticker on their car as now I can never stay there again. Choices come with consequences. You can choose to support an evil person and I can choose to not support you.

I was charged for an item I didn't have, and the front desk lady insisted I took it. Makes me very upset and almost ruins my good time there. The front desk attendant must not help more than one customer at a time and be attentive to the needs of the guests. And put a nice smile to make us feel welcome

The resort was lovely, relaxing, and beyond my expectations. Beautifully landscaped grounds, three warm mineral pools, enjoyable dry sauna, many private outdoor areas to enjoy, and much more!! The daily breakfast was good and served in a nice room with a fireplace. My room was comfortable and clean. The resort is close to Palm Spring and other areas of interest. A car is a must, no public transportation close by. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I was a sole traveler and always felt safe. I found it easy to talk with other guests as it was a friendly vive. I recommend The Springs Resort and hope to return next year.

Great facilities, very clean and well maintained - my regular fact-based review The room heater worked great (winter stay no AC needed), the Heater had a quiet mode; Wifi was good, Hot water was plentiful in the shower, t-mobile service was very good, plenty of power outlets in the room, towels were of high quality and always available for change-out, sheets were nice on the bed, bed was comfortable, breakfast was simple but good, room doctor was appropriate for the type of room, rooms were clean, the room had a refrigerator - coffee - tea - water pitcher - safe. Pools were great, parking was plentiful, even charging for Tesla was free, the hotel was accessible to guests only. Very nice stay - will come back for sure

The wonderful things about this property FAR outweighed any nitpicks. But here are some thoughts for management to consider improving: Room needs blackout curtains to block the blue lights directly outside door out at night. Bedding was high quality but bed was soft for my taste and the pillows were uncomfortable (the kind of thin feather pillows that create a 'taco shell' around your head, no matter how many pillows you layer). Some upgrades are needed in the room (7) - i.e. the adjustment knob/stick on kitchen blinds is broken off. the ceiling fan rattles, so I had to keep it off. Kitchen could be better appointed - ie. there is no drying rack. That said, it had just enough to prepare some simple meals - Dear Spring: please consider upgrading your kitchen utensils to be non toxic/plastic free :D.... No oils or seasoning, bring your own if needed. Just a note, the infrared sauna never seemed to get beyond 144 degrees, even after an hour of heating up, although this might be plenty hot for some people. please fix the clock outside the finnish sauna. :)

Beautiful landscaping that is truly a private oasis, finnish sauna, three mineral pools open 24/7, small hotel size created tranquil atmosphere without many people - it's often possible to have a pool to yourself, exceptionally nice staff (thank you Mel for everything), lovely breakfast (boiled eggs, fresh cut fruit - including papaya! pineapple, watermelon, berries, kiwi - my favorite multi-grain 'European' bread aka 'fitness bread'), plentiful towels and drinking water, fresh oranges and apples. this place seems to attract a quiet but friendly and respectful clientele. Flexible last minute spa scheduling - I indulged in a buff and a massage while I was there. Many beautiful outdoor places to sit, relax, read. I really didn't want to leave. :)
