We live in Rancho Mirage and decided to spend Christmas at the Ritz because it is so festive there with beautiful Christmas decorations and Happy hour. The staff are friendly and accommodating! It will become our new tradition for Christmas! Thanks for making our Christmas so special❣️ The Griffens

The outdoor patio and firepit, along with the smores kit, really made our stay memorable.

United StatesWell the was an alarm that went off in the middle of the night and we had to leave the room at 4am .. then it was announced that it was a false alarm but when we tried to get back in our room the keycard had some how stopped working, so I had to go all the way to reception to get them to give us new cards .. my wife was flying back to the Uk later that morning so was very stressed that she could get back sleep… however when we checked out, the receptionist was very accommodating and undstanding and gave us a discount
The service from all of the staff was exceptional, it made it stand out from other hotels and I will definitely be using the ritz Carlton again

From check in to check out everything was great. I have to mention Joseph at the front desk was amazing, couldn’t of been more helpful and he upgraded our group upon arrival. He was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at this hotel is of a high standard with great staff especially Alan who was our waiter at our last meal who had great recommendations and was very accommodating, however all the staff across the hotel where fabulous and attentive. I could not recommend this hotel enough, I have stayed at this hotel many of times and these standards have been up kept with each stay.

United StatesThe Ritz-Carlton promises the finest personalized service and a luxury experience, but unfortunately, our stay at the Rancho Mirage location didn’t live up to that standard. From the moment we arrived, the overall service and room quality felt underwhelming. The room itself showed signs of poor upkeep—specifically, a leaking shower head and a drain that wasn’t working properly, which made the stay feel far from luxurious, especially considering the rate of nearly $1,000 per night. There was a noticeable lack of the warm, attentive service you’d expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Small touches that typically make a guest feel special were missing. The only redeeming aspect was the pool area, which was well-kept and enjoyable, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the experience. Overall, it didn’t feel like a five-star resort stay, and we left disappointed rather than pampered.
