Clean great parking

Front desk staff were great.

Room decor. Decorative bath mat that seemed dirty. Parking website.

Having the shuttle right outside that took us into town and back was phenomenal. Especially loved the express without all the stops! So convenient so we could drink and not worry about driving back. The room was also lovely and spacious - we loved the window that opened from the bathroom to the bedroom, great tub great shower. Just a nice time all around. Thank you!

The pool and hot tub situation could have been a bit better but that's us being knit picky.

Location is excellent. Lobby and entryway were very nice. And that would be it.

The unit itself is not a hotel room, but rather somebody’s joint venture with the hotel property management. The room is tired and in dire need of updating. Carpet in all three rooms were sold and spotted in a way that just says nobody has done anything for that with standard clean that you would get at any other hotel to take care of coffee stains or whatever food stains are dribbled along the pathways in the rooms or in the bedrooms. Lights are flickering in the kitchen where two lights are nearly out. I am OK with conservation of resources, but when I requested the garbage to be removed, I was told that it was my job to take it down the hall and put it in a dumpster. Ask for linens to be removed and I was told how many do you want in there and that they would not be removing soiled linens. I don’t think that’s the job of the high paying customer to deal with back up of trash and piles of wet towels.

the room and view was excellent. The size of the room was great and two bathrooms was helpful. staff were helpful.

it was pouring rain during our stay. We would have liked to huddle in and watch some TV. They are not smart TVs so we couldn't hook into to our streaming devices, only a handful of channels. The only thing to watch were paid movies we've already seen. Nothing else to do. That became a huge disappointment.

Blow up mattress on pull out bed. No front desk help after 10:00 pm.

It was nice and quiet. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had a huge dip/well in the center of the bed. Not comfortable when two people are trying to sleep. The carpet in the room was dingy and dirty. The room was very dated with scratched furniture, etc. The bench and pillows on the bench need updating/replacing.

Comfy beds, old-fashioned decor. A bit tired but perfectly comfortable.

I had to ask for the room to be serviced. That was a surprise at a four star hotel.

$30 to park and $20 in incidentals on top of the rate was to much.

Clean property with nice locked off-room from a suite. Bed was comfy but hated the pillows. Coffee service was awkwardly placed too high up for a shipper person like me to pour water into coffee maker. Seemed everything was way too crowded.

Too far from Main Street (my fault when researching location) and no restaurant nearby. When rain started at 5pm and didn’t let up we didn’t want to take shuttle to town then wait in rain for return shuttle. Front desk person was like a robot- no personality, unwelcoming, kept giving us instructions too quickly even though I asked him to slow down.

Nice facilities, the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean.

No USB charging. No night light to guide to the bathroom. The shower was dark because there was no light above it and it had a dark curtain.

Great compromise location outside of town but close to Crested Butte. Shuttle to town / transit Adjacent free parking Good coffee shop on Square Large room Trails accessible from hotel or short ride away

I really enjoyed the ski lift and hiking. and the customer service was excellent

Terrible policies about cancellation. We had a car accident on our way to the hotel and asked that it be rescheduled or cancelled. They just took the money and said 'too bad, that's our policy'. Management really sucks. BOOKING.COM DID NOTHING to help get it resolved as we were dealing with the police and the wreckage.
