The pool area is lovely and the staff very friendly, though the room was basic but clean.

Parking is $20 per night, and during our stay one night there was no hot water in the shower and the coffee machine didn’t heat properly. It’s also a bit of a drive from Santa Barbara’s center.

The pool

No shower curtain and no soap, so hard to wash hands or take a shower. Long lobby line to ask for soap, never got to the front. Had to pay for parking even though the lot was half empty. It was fairly expensive (especially considering these issues)

The property and atmosphere is very nice.

As a tall person (6’5”), the toilet and shower was comically too small. Shower head only came up to my shoulder and the toilet was just about toddler sized in terms of height from the floor.

Loved the special touches in the room- the furnishings and hard wood flooring. Excellent coffee in lobby area/ bar. The firepit area is relaxing w a nice atmosphere, The staff was super accommodating in that we were in town for a wedding that started at 4:00 the same time as check in and a room came avail earlier so we were able to get ready and head to wedding on time.

Nothing! Will stay here again!

The staff was nice

The rooms are very noisy.

I like the pool and it had a restaurant and bar.

The staff at the front desk seems slightly indifferent or at least a young lady that helped us. Everything was fine, but she just seemed a little disconnected. But the rest of the staff was very nice and attentive.

Room was nice and comfortable, a/c worked great, appreciated the dog beds and bowls.

The refrigerator did not work and the shower would not drain properly

great location to explore Santa Barbara. We loved the pool and the view. The personnel was very pleasant and polite, especially in the restaurant.

the rooms seem to be a little bit old inside, as well as the sink in the bathroom had limescale, a little renovation could be cool. food in the restaurant was overpriced for its quality.

Great vibes and aesthetics.

Parking lot was dim and bed was uncomfortable.

The aesthetic decor, free parking and location.

Although aesthetically pleasing, the rooms were clearly converted or modernized motel rooms. The size and the restrooms tell it all. Things just did not work right in the room like poor quality shower and faucet hardware, sliding door to the restroom, and toilet. Open the creaking closet doors and you’ll know what I mean. It just felt like I overpaid for a converted motel room.
