Great pool area, but overall quite basic and a bit pricey for what it is

Parking is $20 per night, and during our stay one night there was no hot water in the shower and the coffee machine didn’t heat properly. It’s also a bit of a drive from Santa Barbara’s center.

The pool area is lovely and the staff very friendly, though the room was basic but clean.

The staff at the front desk seems slightly indifferent or at least a young lady that helped us. Everything was fine, but she just seemed a little disconnected. But the rest of the staff was very nice and attentive.

I like the pool and it had a restaurant and bar.

the rooms seem to be a little bit old inside, as well as the sink in the bathroom had limescale, a little renovation could be cool. food in the restaurant was overpriced for its quality.

great location to explore Santa Barbara. We loved the pool and the view. The personnel was very pleasant and polite, especially in the restaurant.

Did not know hotel had construction - wanted to sleep in but was awakened to hammering and saws. Wouldn't have booked if we knew this. But front desk agreed to a discount. Thank you.

For such a lovely property I was disappointed to have been assigned a room facing the parking lot. When I told the front desk we were there to photograph the property for content creation, they moved us to a better room.

We had to change the number of beds from one king to two queens only for one night. We informed the property way before checking in via email and text and verbally once we arrived. Reception put us in the original one king bedroom, after we lugged 5 suitcases upstairs to the second floor (no elevators). Reception corrected the issue promptly, and we were given a 1st floor 2 bed room. 😀. Strangley, there were 45 and 50 pound weight lifting bar bells all over the floor. It is possible that the property was using rooms for gym storage or that there was a contest somewhere. I don't know, but it was weird funny. The manager and husband removed bar bells. Our refrigerator started to leak, but that was fixed quickly while we were out and about. Unfortunately, we ran out of tissues n towels by the 2nd night. Cleaning maintenance came the 3rd day with freash towels, soap, and tissues. An interesting stay all in all, very pleasant low key, clean and met some very interesting people.

Location close to Santa Barbara airport. Outdoor firepits, pool and a covered n heated outdoor dining room and bar. Also an interior dinning room and 2 bars. Dinner was good. the service was prompt. The bartender was professional and nice. Lobby was cozy with a stone fireplace and cool shaped couch. People staying seemed very friendly and kind. Doggie friendly for sure! Had live music in the second cocktail bar.

•Heater in room 105 didn’t warm up enough. •Sink didn’t drain properly. •Sink counter in bathroom should be bigger. Hard to set my toiletries kit on it and it gets splashed. There was plenty of space to put a larger unit. •Breakfast not promoted. Is price included in room rate or additional?

    Seems safe. Friendly. Quiet.

Noisy- my room was downstairs next to the pool… so people stomping around a lot above me and lots of people yelling in the pool- and this was in January.

Easy to find, nice size rooms, clean and dog friendly.

Charging $15 for parking in a residential area with plenty of on street parking seemed a bit much. Rates were high, but the hotel seemed like a 1960s motel. The bathroom was large but had only the basics swimming in empty space. Charging $3 for a small bottle of water is unbelievable.

The room is decent sized. The bed was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the pet policy, though the rate was a bit high. The area is quiet
