The pullout couch was really bad and uncomfortable for the kids - we had to order multiple blankets bc it was bad

The property is Beatiful has many activities that are complimentary and we really enjoyed it , fish like a local, yoga, free shuttles within 5 miles and you can go visit 2 other resorts and do the activities and those resorts , kayaks bikes paddle boarding.

I forgot to empty a drawer and called the front desk The Lady didn't understand what the issue was but took down my details and never got back to me. I even told her to look into the lost and found but honestly she had no clue. That was not what I would expect from a resort like this. Obviously you bring your favorite clothes so that is really sad....

We loved the boat shuttle to go to the connected properties. The crew around Brianna and Marc (might messed up the names) was so nice and attentive. Breakfast was great and drinks at the bar as well. Definitely would come back.

The hotel is slightly dated. The beach cannot be used much because of seagrass.

The hallways were so dirty and gross. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. I was happy the rooms didn’t look like that. I may have left of them at was the case. We were on the second floor which was the floor that had the employee break room on it. There was never a time when the entire floor didn’t smell like people heating up their meals. It wasn’t the most pleasant and overall not a big deal. Just not what’s pleasant. The coffee make in our room didn’t work and the door to our room was difficult to open and close because it needed to be realigned. We had to lift and push to get it to close.

The staff were very nice and helpful when they were able to. The rooms were clean. The property was attractive.

Definitely need refrigerators that are COLD and same with AC. We were in 2 different rooms and refrigerators just were not that cold. And same with AC. After being out in the sun all day, you want to come back to a nice cool room. The lowest the AC would go is 67° and there is no way it was 67° in those rooms.!!!!

Location at the ocean was perfect and we loved to hang around in the pool in the evening after the activities during the day! They also have nice cocktail at the pool bar. Ideal Keys feeling for us!

The pool was closing too early. Also, some sun beds were on the verge of tearing. I would expect better from such a nice hotel.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Nice for a stay with your pet. Great view from the room. The beach area is beautiful although you would not want to swim off it - too shallow and sea-weedy.

The room we were assigned had no view. It looked out over the hotel's roof. I would have hoped that guests who invested in a five night stay would have been given a better room. The TV service was terrible. 10 stations at most. Inadequate draw and closet space.

The kitchen area was nice to have. We ate lunch in the room two times. The hostess and waitress who served us breakfast were wonderful.

Unfortunately, there were several minor issues that didn't make our stay any better. They should pay more attention to cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom tiles were moldy, the sink was dirty, and the toilet paper holder was broken. And to top it all off, while I was showering, our area was without water for about two hours.

Without a doubt the most beautiful place on the property is outdoors, its view of the ocean is magnificent.

The toilets are very, very low in the bathrooms. The front desk advised that all toilets in the complex are very low and are in the process of changing them. It is quite difficult to get up. I am not sure if that is true, as I cannot understand how they can function like that. Beautiful property but bathrooms must be functional.

We had an amazing experience overall! The staff, manager, food, and room were all excellent. The only downside was the “concrete beach”—we were expecting a real sandy beach. Still, everything else made up for it and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Rented a cabana and it was essentially self-service for drinks h\and food...had to keep going to the bar, no staff came and took orders. Some the front desk staff were cranky.

The fishing experience with Patrick was great and Marcus the bartender on the lobby was fabulous. Great music in the lobby too.

Food for dinner was very good but waiters dumped a hot dinner on my lap; she tried to serve my wife's hot fish dinner across me, and could not hold the cast iron dish. They need to train their staff better. Room cleanliness and room maintenance was fair-to-poor. Did not get room cleaned every day; even after telling front desk. Towel bars loose; dirty comforter. Not a fancy or upscale resort; not worth the money.

Rum Rummer boat was great; I wish it ran more often. Kayaks were nice to have. Great location. Happy hour was great. Food for dinner was very good but...
