I can't think of anything I didn't like except the weather. It was bad timing that we were there during the passing of hurricane Erin.

The location is private, the apartments are a good size for a family and the facility is well kept.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom room, and it exceeded all our expectations! The room was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, even including an oven. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, including a turkey, with ease. The best part? The ocean is just steps away, making the location unbeatable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Well renovation was underway in some units so waking up to the sound of a tile saw wasn't ideal, but that has to be done at some point at any hotel so i cant really complain about that.

The apartment could use a bit more decor and kitchen tools for families that want to cook a meal. There was no bowl (for salads or side dishes, for ex), no baking pan, the knives need sharpening. The staff was responsive and brought us a bowl and a pan but it would have been nice to have them. The floors could use a better cleaning as well.

Great location on the beach. You could see a sliver of the ocean from our apartment and there are other apartments with unobstructed ocean views. Great apartment layout with two bedrooms and an open living/kitchen/dining area. Super comfortable beds. Nice new bathrooms. Responsive staff.

I wanted an ocean view room...I waited for 30 minutes because the staff said I had to wait for the manager...but the manager didn't come...the staff said there was no ocean view room...no explanation was given

Dining room chairs were uncomfortable.. Sofa could be updated Housekeeping was great, but we were concerned about our privacy.. We told them there was no need for their service (healthydistancing), but they entered the room anyway.. Hard to reach main desk; also their voicemail was full.. We wanted to stay an extra night, but couldn't reach them.. They responded 45 minutes after we left..

Balcony door was broken and wouldn't open. Front door didn't lock and blew open at 2am during a rain storm.

They put us a windward shores in 2 bedroom ocean front . Yeah to bad the 2 bedroom was a loft with a spiraling staircase With 2 twin beds . The main bedroom was a full size bed. Now they can say all they want that’s a queen but I’m a 53 year old and that is NOT a queen ! So me and my husband had to sleep apart and I had to sleep in a twin bed 😤 .

I was told the day before my reservation at 3pm via text that this property won’t be open so they just decided to put me at there sister property not “ would that be okay to move you to a different resort “ just told that’s were they are putting us !

The apartment was 57 degrees and the thermostat didn’t work, it was so cold all night!! I sent a message to the number that texted me when I checked in and nobody answered! The other guests in the group tried to call about the heat and nobody answered either!
